Works as advertised
I am finishing up a 17 day trip to Europe, where I used this Sim card during the entire trip. It certainly performed as advertised! I used it in a Nexus 6P android phone, which has the capability to work on a GSM cell network (most of Europe), as well as the CDMA network in the states, depending on the Sim card used. Couple minor hickups I'll mention later, but it provided excellent coverage and reasonable speed throughout Spain and Southern France. I followed the instructions on setting it up in the U.S., and it was good to go from there once I reached Europe. Something to note- don't initially set it up until your entire European visit is within the 30 day usage period. The 30 day clock starts when you initially set it up in the states.Couple additional notes and hickups. We traveled directly from the U.S. to Spain, and the 444 call for updates on balances (talking minutes, texts, and data) worked well. However, when we traveled through Andorra, and I no longer got any data connectivity. Cell service seemed to work, but no data available. Not sure that totally meets the advertisement of "works in every country in Europe", but our Andorra adventure lasted only for a stop for lunch, so it was not a big deal. Driving into France, it connected to the France cell network cleanly, but I still couldn't get data. Maybe it would have eventually connected for data, but I was impatient, and restarted my phone. Both cell and data connections were reinstated once the phone finished it's power up. Another slight hickup after that though, is that I could no longer get balance updates by dialing 444. It kept asking for a 16 digit Voucher number (which I didn't have), and would auto hang-up after I failed to enter a valid voucher number. Even after driving back into Spain later in the trip, it did not allow me to get my Sim balances, and continued to ask for a voucher #. Not sure if that was a ploy to get me to add minutes/data, or just a system malfunction, but it was only a minor annoyance for me because my phone keeps track of my data usage, and I could tell my data balances with my phone. Although I mainly bought the Sim card for data, I did have reason to make some phone calls within Europe, and it connected fine. Just remember to dial your number as though you are always calling from the UK, not the local country you happen to be in.Overall, it was a valuable addition to my trip accessories, and allowed me to research hotels/attractions/travel options as though I was in a big city in the U.S.It ended up being a good investment for my Europe trip!

Directions Don't go in-depth enough
I order for any product purchased especially for the first time, the directions need to be a full, concise step by step description of how you know it's installed or not. It also didn't state that it's importance to top up if you want to fully use your phone when in the countries listed. In my case it was for Germany. I could only receive calls and maybe texts but that's all. When I did try to top up to give the information and zip code that was asked for when installing (and all information was entered properly) it would keep stating it didn't recognize it so I was unable to Top Up to see if I could fully use the phone. It may work if all the phones used had the same sim cards but in my case the other phone was an iPhone 6 with a U.S. phone number so that phone could only call my phone with this sim card but not in return. Unable to use for internet or anything other than just receiving calls. I can't say that if I had did a Top Up in the U.S. that it would have worked, but doubt that it would given that the other number I only needed to call was a U.S. phone number. U.S. and Sim Card phone numbers were used in Germany during the same time we were in Germany. Now, my 1 Star rating is based on my experience and willing to take blame for my lack of knowledge of using a Sim Card of this kind. However, I have to put fault with 3 Pay As You Go for not giving all the information so buyers could make the right decision under these circumstances. I can't recommend that people should buy this sim except under just the right criteria. Take it for what its worth, it just didn't work for our needs even when we tried to Top Up but wouldn't allow us to. I really wanted this to work... looked perfect, seemed perfect and based on instructions on Amazon, it should have worked. So I will see if I can get a refund.

Worked perfectly
My husband and I did a trip to Portugal and Scotland for 17 days. I got onto wifi whenever I could but the TSIM helped so much when I wasn’t able to. By the end of our trip I had 90% of the plan left! So the data went really far for the price. My husband paid his phone company $100 for an international plan and I paid the $20 for the TSIM (which comes with a temporary UK number.)The benefit I had was that I was able to make international calls with ease whereas my husband had difficulty using his US number to contact hotels, attractions etc. Also, some of the pay-for-parking in Edinburgh, Scotland was more friendly to a European number to sign up for their app, so having the temporary UK number really came in handy. Especially for not knowing before hand. TSIM saved the day when we only had an hour to spare!I was able to use my US number on wifi and when I wasn’t on wifi, I used WhatsApp to communicate back home to the US and send photos. It was a nice excuse to disconnect and only have a select few know they could contact me whenever they wanted via WhatsApp.When setting up the TSIM card I was terrified that I was going to mess up the process because of the other reviews. So I followed the directions closely and I utilized the TSIM live chat with an employee to make sure I followed them correctly. I kept the packaging and gave them the information from it. They assured me in seconds that I could shut off my phone to switch back to my US sim until the trip and that I was good to go in their system, and I was!I will definitely use this again if we travel overseas. I saved so much money and was very convenient. Very happy with my purchase!
