Is this switch safe for 110v use?

Yes, I replaced my small parts washer switch with this one. I warmed it up with my propane torch just a bit to soften it up which made installation easier

Does anybody have the wiring directions diagram that turns on the led when the switch is on?

This particular switch appears to be hardwired internally for the light to only come on when switch is thrown. To find out for sure all you have to do is put the load on one side and put Hot / Neutral on the other. Then after testing put the load on the other side and vice versa with Hot / Neutral and see if the light stayed the same or even nothing at all. On AC dual pole switches you literally just change the side that the load and the line are on to change the function of the light.
