Q: What is the amount of maltodextrin which I know has twice the glycimic index of sugar?

Maltodextrin is the first ingredient listed on the label. I don’t typically use more than 1/2 teaspoon at a time, but I don’t have an issue with sugar. Use your own judgement if the product is right for you.

Q: Are they lactose free & gluten free?

No. It says on the label that it contains milk and rice starch so my guess is that it is not gluten free or lactose free
