Great pack that's worth the price
I use this pack to get my cardio workout. I have 50 lbs of weight on it and it holds the weight easily and is comfortable to wear. On my old pack, the shoulder straps dug into my shoulders and cut off my circulation, so I got a numb, tingly "needles" feeling in my fingers. With this pack, the weight is distributed more on the hips and so I can comfortably hike with more weight for longer distances. The narrow frame is also good b/c it doesn't restrict my arm movements and I don't feel the pack on my back that much. ~ JT

Durability:Appears very well made. High quality zippers and buckles. I'm going to say the durability is top tier. I'll report back if anything changes. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Modularity/ durability Fit:The fit is good. It's probably not as comfortable as stone glacier or a exo gear . comfort Isn't everything and it's all pros and cons. This frame handles a heavier load better than a carbon "plate". I've carried my wife on the shelf, walked her around the yard just to get a feel for a heavy load and adjust the straps and buckles to fit myself. I've heard if your 5'8" you should go tall so that the load lifters get more leverage and have more adjustment I've never tried a regular but being 6'0" the tall seems great. The waist belt straps are long and dangle a bit but when you load up and go to cinch them down it's super easy and since they pull away from your body ( to the front ) they will go as tight as you can bear with little effort that's a huge plus as carrying weight on your hips tends to be more comfortable.Value for money:Yeah. There's value in these packs. I came in about 300$ less than the top tier packs that are the competition. I bought a vapor 5000 to go with the frame and let me tell you it's rather impressive. It's nearly as ergonomic as top tier competitors. Great pocket arrangement. About as water resistant as you can get without being "proofed". I Love the roll top and it's got a big horseshoe zipper to access items packed in the bottom to mid section. The 5000 is surprisingly roomy. Build quality:It's good. I hate to love the padding on the straps (shoulder and waist). The straps padding is very comfortable even with 150# loaded but the mesh webbing that makes them very breathable and cool is borderline abrasive feeling. If your not naked you'll likely not mind.( I do not recommend loading your pack up and hiking naked.)Eberlestock feel free to reach out with some products for more reviews. I need some batwings to go with this sweet frame. ( Spent my hard earned money on the frame and the bag. I'm ready for some free gear)

I’ve been waiting my whole life for this pack and didn’t even know it.
This is the future. 14 years in the Military and my first lightweight pack from this company blows away anything the Military has ever issued me. As an Infantryman and someone who works in the private sector I was raised to do a lot of Rucking, this Frame allows me to customize my load out to be mission specific. The clips work for almost all my gear including my micro rig which was a total surprise. Now I can click all my shit I’m not actively using onto my pack when I’m moving and remove what I need when I hit the ORP instead of feeling like I’m wearing the equivalent of SWAT gear on a ruck march. I was able to hook up exactly what pouches I needed and the sky is the limit as far as options. The laser cut is very Rigid for the MOLLE and the material is of a higher quality than any laser cut MOLLE I’ve used in the past and I’ve been using a laser cut plate carrier for 10 years (I really thought it would break but never did, not a single cut overstretched or tore, science..) I’m a believer.

Insanely Versatile and Well Built
I didn't think Eberlestock could possible beat their flagship J107 bag... but they did. First, it goes without saying, the quality of this pack is true to the Eberlestock name. It will last my lifetime and my kids. Second, there are just so many options for this pack. As others have said, it works well with a duffel. But I'm actually rolling with the Transformer on it and really like it. The combo is lightweight and offers great range of motion, but when I need to haul something large, I just pop off the Transformer and have a universal carrier. This is a great hunting pack but in the off-season I have it packed as my bug-out bag.

Versatile durable pack frame
We love this pack frame. It is super comfortable even when packing a heavy load. My husband would steal it any time he had the chance until I bought him his own!! There are only a handful of accessories that pair directly with it, but you can strap just about anything to this even if it isn’t the designated accessories. I love the batwing bags for day trips and have a larger 40L pack for overnight trips.
