Does well enough
The band slips when doing physical activities such as golf but it hasn't flown off my wrist yet. Great for everyday office use.

One of the connecting pins is shorter
I received this in August. Was well packaged. I had not gotten around to trying to use it until a few days ago. I noticed that one of the pins (see pic) to connect the wrist band to the housing of the watch is shorter than the other and will not stay. It is possible I’m doing something wrong, but having done this for other products, this should be really straight forward.Unfortunately, I can no longer return it.

Ok until it fell off
The band was okay but never great. It had the look I was going for and the magnet seemed fairly strong. It would get loose as the day went on with regular wear. Just walking one day the band separated from the housing that connected to the watch face. I think I can fix it but I don't think I trust the other side.
