Didn’t warriors much on this but use a 3” bath pump. It is far more superior than the ones that come with the pumps. Way more comfortable just wish the opening was a bit wider.

I bought a penis pump and it came with a foul smelling flimsy piece of.... something. I didn't even open the plastic it was in, I just threw it away. I looked on Amazon and found this silicone pump sleeve and after measuring the diameter of my pump ordered it. My pump has a diameter of about 2.5 inches. This sleeve works very well for me and my pump. There were some reviews saying it's too firm to hold a seal. I haven't had an issue with this holding a seal. But I always use some form of lube (water based, Vaseline, or coconut oil. Don't use silicone based lubes on this!) and spread that at the part where the ring contacts my shaft and also where the ring will contact the penis pump. Holds an excellent seal every time. This had no odors when it arrived. Cleans easily. I don't think this will be tearing anytime soon. Very satisfied.

This sleeve is much more pliable than their Universal Fit one. That one has a much more rigid 1 inch diameter hole (when measured right out of the package). What model(s) is this *The Advanced*, made for? I have two pumps: a manual one that is 2 inches diameter and the other, an electric, is 2 1/2".This one, in general, gets too sucked up into the sleeve as you are reaching suction for a full erection (by (length). I have an electric pump made by the same company selling this sleeve. The pump cannot be left on too long WITH THIS SLEEVE (lubricated, of course) because even though "you" are "size compatible" with it's hole (sleeve unstretched), it will start to pull the testicle nearest to it INSIDE and vaccuum seal it and your lubricated penis as ONE.I don't use a penis pump as a method to create longer erections (a sex toy selling point); I use it for medical purposes to maintain blood flow in the vessels there after a man reaches, say, the age 40-50. A urologist recommended these penis pumps to do this. I told her about this sleeve. I told her about the difficulty in extracting the two even after the unit was turned completely off.

I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately the description of the item is incorrect. It states " fits UP TO 3" pump". This is totally misleading. It will ONLY fit pumps 3" and larger. I have a 2.75" pump and it will not fit. It doesn't even stay on. The material seemed nice when I opened the package and felt as though it would be very comfortable during pumping but I never got the chance to try because it DOESNT FIT. I'm giving it 3 stars because I think if you have a 3" pump it would be very comfortable and durable but if your pump is less than 3" in diameter don't waste your money. Oh, yeah, did I forget to mention?? It's NOT RETURNABLE. So Now its back to square one trying to find a comfortable replacement sleeve that fits my pump.

Wasn't expecting much as other products from this company have been disappointing but, the material seems great, durable and it's the only sleeve I've ever had actually maintain a good seal (I refuse to shave, only trim short). Only complaint was it was a bit hard to stretch to the 3" cylinder it claims to fit but it just took a little finesse. Silicone isn't as stretchy as TPE. Once on, no issues!

I understood this to be universal it is not. It is also very thin, so it is not very comfortable

I purchased a PALOQUETH Electronic Male Enhancement Penis Pump with Clear Cylinder and the base ring that came with it was too stretchy allowing my sack to be drawn into it. This ring is stiffer so it doesn't extend as far on to the penis making much more comfortable. The opening is a little larger as well and it seals really well without a great deal of lube. Take care as not to over pump as this upgrade allows a higher vacuum that the flimsy ring that comes with the pump. It gave me a nice big "fatty" that was appreciated by my partner.
