M on no wheat no gluten journey. So orderd bunch of jiva products. I made spinach rotis with this flour. They turned out nice. Tasty n soft. Easy to make. I felt very light after eating it.

I wanted to try a gluten free flour. But since quinoa must be roasted before use to remove possible bitterness I dry roasted on low flame in a pan and used it.It was good. After trying other recipes I will post further review on the impact it had on my blood sugar level.

Nice organic product at a decent price
Prepared the Kerala breakfast dish "puttu" with Quinoa flour. Also use to prepare multigrain roti by adding this flour.Tastes good. At a price of nearly 285/- for 900gm, this super food is priced decently.
