NOT from KitchenAid! Junk.
This poorly designed and manufactured piece of junk was definitely not made by KitchenAid. It has three screens, and material gets stuck in the middle screen, causing the whole thing to clog up. The top screen got pushed out of place, and the stamped-metal construction means lots of sharp edges, making it very difficult to move the screen back into place. Do not buy!

Three screens = clogged sifter!
I think three screens is over-kill. Sifter clogged completely when trying to sift two cups of good quality flour.

Poor quality of the product
I was very excited to receive the flour sifter this week. I only buy Kitchen Aid products so needless to say I was excited to try it. What a huge disappointment!!!!!!!!!!! It is cheaply made! I was shocked! After the third squeeze on the handle the spring like mechanism popped out on one side. I broke a nail trying to pop it back in. For twenty minutes I patiently tried to use the product but to no avail, got frustrated and was so annoyed I threw it out! I will never recommend this product. If I could have afforded the sifter attachment for my mixer I would have purchased that, But I was happy to buy the Kitchen Aid sifter. What a huge disappointment!

Comfortable handle with rubber grip inlay
Sifter is fabulous. It has a great rubber insert in the handle that I didn’t realize would be there. It makes the action really comfortable. I haven’t bought a sifter in a very long time and now wonder why. It worked great and my cake last night was proof that you need a new sifter.

FAKE knock off- broke on first use!!
This is not a kitchen aid item and it is a piece of crap, the spring broke on the first use and the pieces inside literally all fell out, unfortunately I waited a couple weeks to use it and then the return date passed

HORRIBLE QUALITY--Don't Bother
I used this once. By the way, it's NOT Kitchen Aid brand. Washed it. It rusted. UNREAL. The quality is horrible.

First time fail
Bought this for my baking wife as the last one bit the dust after many years. I though that being stainless steel it would hold up. The very first time she used it to bake a cake, the handle pretty much fell apart. The red silicone trim on the inside of the handle fell off and the springs and wire tabs on the handle came out of line and it stopped working. I was able to realign the springs but they kept falling out of track. I went to return the item, but found out the return window closed four days ago, barely a month after I bought it as a Christmas gift. It was only $15, but I still feel like they should give me an Amazon or vendor credit. Look elsewhere for a sifter.

Works with some quirks
Hard to get clean and screen has to get pressed back down. It rises up when your using it. Terrible for almond flour
