Made my job easier. Good quality tool.
Customers were saying staple gun jams and some people were saying it didn't staple too good .It worked very well for me it's stapled into very hard wood it made my project much easier. For me I say it is a good staple gun it made my life much easier.Try to put something together and use a regular staple gun my recommendation when you go to staple it if you wanted to go through something. Press hard on the back where the dial is, then press the trigger.Works better that way..

It's a DeWalt so ...
Of course it's great. I no longer have the strength to use a hand held so I went electric. I love it! Light enough for my wrists, wasn't too expensive, easy to use, and works great. I was disappointed that it didn't come with at least one strip of staples, but definitely not a deal breaker.

Good quality tool. Only shoots 1/2” nails.
Only shoots 1/2” finishing nails, so keep that in mind for your projects. Very easy to use, I usually have to use an extension cord because the isn’t real long, but it’s fine. Might be a better tool for hobbyists than woodworking, with thicker trim.

Great tool
Works perfectly. It's a two-handed operation: one hand to hold the handle and operate the trigger, another to apply pressure on the top to ensure to staple fully penetrates the surface. I had an Arrow stapler that was always jamming. This one works flawlessly.

Can't go wrong with Dewalt
This thing is pretty bad ass. Used it to carpet my boat trailer bunks and it was great.Paid a bit more for the name but the quality is there for sure.

Piece of overpriced junk
I have several manual staple guns gathering dust in my garage. I thought buying an electric staple gun would make the difference. Now I have an electric one gathering dust out there, too. I spent $60 on this staple gun and not one staple went in right. All of them either bent, went in only part way, or jammed. How hard is it to make a reliable, affordable staple gun? For DeWalt, apparently really hard. Given DeWalt's reputation, I trusted that this staple gun would be a safe buy. I didn't use it right away and by the time I did, the return window had closed. Now I'm stuck with it. Doubt that I'll buy another DeWalt tool any time soon, if ever.

Useless for Brad nails, Pitiful instructions
Works great for staples. Good luck loading any 5/8" brad nails in it. Have to call in Mission Impossible for those.
