I'm really happy with this stuff
After reading repeatedly that HDPE could not be bonded to anything I was excited to find Flex-Set epoxy. I needed to repair a substantial gash in a 15 year-old black HDPE pond mold. I sanded both parts, cleaned them with denatured alcohol, flame treated them, and then held the two pieces in place for about 15 minutes. The other piece came from a common pond liner patch kit -- I used the side without any adhesive. It's been two weeks and the patch has held! I'm really happy with this stuff. It doesn't run, it does set flexibly, and it is able to bond HDPE if you flame treat it.

Excellent product works well
I used this to repair 2 inch holes in the molded keel on two kayaks. I followed the instructions and it worked excellently.Saved me from buying two new kayaks.Note to Polyethylene Kayak owners: Just because the plastic seems invincible, no matter how tired you are and how much junk you have loaded in your kayak, do not drag your kayaks over extended distances. Gravel acts like sand paper...super-high grit sandpaper.

fixed the intended problem
I used this epoxy to repair a very small leak at the drain outlet of my RV fresh water tank. I drained the tank before using but since the product says that it can be used below the water line I don't think this is necessary. I applied with a tongue depressor. The process took all of ten minutes (excluding curing time). Since there are no stressors in the area of the repair I suspect that it will be permanent.

This stuff is awesome
We repaired a piece of equipment by gluing together 2 pieces of starboard to get the proper thickness we needed. Lasted about 8 years before it came apart but that was mostly because the boards wore out first. We have used it on other smaller jobs and has always worked well that is why I was not hesitant on purchasing it again.Just make sure you let it dry completely, overnight in my cases, first then it will hold fine.

Probably OK for boats, not for pressure.
Tried using this to fix a pin hole leak in a sprinkler pipe. Followed all the directions; blew it out. Tried again, swelled and blew. Ended up cutting the elbow out and replacing the entire section.

Superb bond for when working with StarBoard and fiberglass
I used it to bond a half inch plank to painted fiberglass. You need to flame treat the StarBoard as per the instructions.
