This is a great product for the truly adventurous
Everyone here knows what a Kit Kat bar is, correct? Nice little cookie wafers enrobed in delectable (or disgusting, depending on your opinion of Hershey's product) milk chocolate. You've probably eaten hundreds of them.Well...in Japan they don't play when it comes to Kit Kats. They've got at least 300 flavors of them and new ones all the time - not just milk chocolate, but fruits, nuts, maple, champagne, tea, matcha...as far as I know there may be a sushi-flavored Kit Kat in Japan. If it's edible, they've probably made a Kit Kat in that flavor. This product is a randomly-selected assortment of sixteen Kit Kat bars imported from Japan. The bars are what we in the States would call "fun size" - not the big bar you get at the checkout stand of your local supermarket, but a smaller size with all the flavor of a big one. That's pretty cool; you can have three for the same calories as you'd get from one regular-size bar.I put this down as a product for the truly adventurous because most of these bars are labeled only in Japanese. Unless you read Japanese, this bag's a little like Forrest Gump's box of bonbons - you never know what you're gonna get. Get one of these and you'll start to understand the grandeur that is the Japanese Kit Kat.

Fun for a game of Guess the Flavor at a dinner party.
People have complained about how small these are, but if you look at the pictures and read the description, you'll know well that these are truly bite size. And that is totally fine. (And the price on these seems to go down to a reasonable cost every so often, so maybe wait for that.)Honestly, these are so sweet, maybe even cloyingly sweet, that you wouldn't want more of most of them. Some you can tell the flavor, some you can't (Using a translator app with your phone's camera is fun to see what the packaging says). The sweet potato was good, almost like a really sweet sweet potato pie. The dark chocolate ones are also good. The best thing to use these for is as a party activity. I took them out after dinner when I had just a few friends over. We had a lot of fun guessing the flavors and picking our favorites. I cut them up into small bites (you can get maybe 6 small bites from each double-bar). If you're expecting anything more from these, you'll be disappointed....just go buy a local Kit Kat bar. But if you want to have a little fun, try these out. And maybe even read about the place that these have in Japanese pop culture. It's kinda interesting how these are gifted and how limited editions are prized in Japan.

These are great and AS ADVERTISED
A delicious treat! For months my daughters been saying she wants to go to Japan simply because they has a KitKat factory where you can get cool flavors lol (ahh, to be young!) Anyway we were please with this variety pack.I really dislike seeing negative reviews from people who clearly didn't read the description... so many reviewers saying buyer beware, so tiny etc...They are advertised as MINIATURE KitKats... and thats what they are. Ok, maybe the seller should add that to the title.. but its in the first line of details, so I don't think they should be getting negative reviews over that. Are they overpriced? Depends on the customer. At $18 for a 16 pc bag, it's what, like a dollar and 15 cents or so per mini? Verses a regular kitkat from say, cvs or 7-11 for a buck 50. Maybe you get more... but at the end of the day, I can't find a pancake flavored KitKat at cvs... or a melon flavored one.. nor any of the othe of the cool flavors in this pack. And they're all pretty delicious. The ONE thing we were slightly disappointed with, is that they don't all SAY what they are on the packaging.... not in English anyway. A few of them have their corresponding flavors on the wrapper, but most of it was a guessing game. (That is until my brilliant daughter suggested we use the Google translate "pick up writing" feature. Then we knew, albeit a few were already gone by then.)Aside from that they were a delicious little treat, and we would definitely order again.

Loved the orange
So these flavors weren’t as exotic as promised in the ad. Dark chocolate green tea, strawberry, pomegranate, but they are delicious. These are the mini bars.

Micro Sized and Totally Melted
I did not recall reading that these were not full size. In fact, not only are they not full size, but they aren't even fun size! The are micro size, as in, 1/2 stick per package. So in reality, if you 16, that is the equivalent of two full size packages of Kit Kats! For a mere $34. Mine were for a gift and they were a melted, gross mess! Why, if they know in Florida (where they were shipped from) that it would be way too hot to make it anywhere beyond the neighbor next door, would they ship them? I called Amazon and got a full refund. This was a rip-off to begin with and I guess it turned out to be to my favor that they were melted so that I could get my hard-earned dollars back. I think they need to make it perfectly clear in the description that you will be getting micro-sized Kit Kats.

Really a fun variety!
(Pencil and my hand so you can see size)I am so excited to try all of these! But they are a gift for my daughter's easter basket. A lot of reviews say they are tiny? They seem pretty much normal funsize to me. And they are the 2 little bar size not single bar.It does say 16 flavors. I recieved 21 which is awesome. No duplicates which is even better. It does say in description no alcohol. But i did recieve one containing .4% alcohol. (The sake one) which is fine because i was expecting only 16 candies. Also lucky for me they labeled that one! So i wont give that one to my kid. Really grateful. All the bars are in perfect shape. Not broken or melted. Shipping was next day. Love the variety. I think this is a great value. Come on they are japanese! You cannot find these at walmart! These are gonna make my daughter so happy for easter. She LOVES anything japan. Thanks!
