The Orb Project

A follow-up reading about something brought to my attention recently.
It was helpful in understanding the concept. Good to have two professionals - one scientific - writing the book. I found it very interesting and have been taking some dark night photos of the forest behind our house. I am interested in ideas about afterlife. I would not want to become an orb. But they apparently can be especially helpful in healing. Who knows?!

Orbs In Action
In 2003 - 2004 I was traveling between the Continental United States, Alaska and SE Asia frequently. It was in 2003 that I first observed Orbs appearing in my digital images. In the USA Orbs were present most often around children and adults who work with children. Also in spiritual settings at Churches, Temples, and Festivals. In SE Asia Orbs appeared everywhere and in particularly high numbers in Cambodia. The number of Orbs that appeared in Cambodia was so exponentially greater I had to ask the question: What is the difference between Cambodia and other places? (See the attached Images)My own observations between the United States and Cambodia (site of the 2nd worst genocide of the 20 century) provided me with a stark contrast relative to the shear numbers of Orbs which appear in the two countries. However, I was left me with nagging questions. I had an intuitive sense that somehow these things were spiritual but I had nothing to really back that up with. Not long ago I was talking about this quandary with my sister Karen Feltes who told me about the Orb Project. I ordered the book from Amazon and could not read it fast enough as it answered many questions I had harbored about Orbs for nearly a decade.Thank You Karen!Co-Authors Klaus Heinemann and Miceal Ledwith take readers on a journey of Scientific and Spiritual discovery that should lead one to have personal experiences and encounters with Orbs. Some of the other reviewers criticize the methods and "Lack of Scientific rigor." detailed in the Orb Project. I feel the book goes a long way toward answering the basic questions about Orbs and what they are. After reading this book one should be able to find and identify Orbs among us.Here are some of the things you will learn by reading the Orb Project:Do Orbs Move and if so how fast do Orbs move?Klaus Heinemann measured some of them moving 5000 mph!Are Orbs three dimensional solids? Klaus Heinemann describes multiple experiments that show Orbs are nearly the equivalent of a projected Laser.Do Orbs communicate with humans?Yes in more than one way. Reading the Orb Project will bring you closer to enlightenment.Where does the advent and the discovery of Orbs in our digital imaging lead us?1 We are not alone in our lives, we are spiritual beings with human bodies Orbs are the emanation of Spirit.2 We are being assisted by Spirits around us.3 Orbs communicate with us in multiple ways. (since reading The Orb Project I have on two occasions seen Orbs with my own unaided eyes and on at least one occasion took a video that an Orb materialized in.Just imagine the development of a digital image processor based on patterns of Orbs that could reveal the true intent of people (our politicians and theologians for example).I highly recommend this book to anyone wishing to gain increased knowledge and potential understanding of the Orbs you see in your digital images. After reading the Orb Project I changed the name of my folder containing images of Orbs from Unexplained Artifacts to ORBS in Action.I have posted a few of the Orb containing Images from Cambodia with this review. The Orb Project set me on a path and that led to an International trek of discovery, personal healing and enlightenment. I was accompanied by Orbs and to some extent guided by them every step of the way.Reading the Orb Project may do the same for you.Good luck with your own journey and encounters with the Orbs around you.Blessings to both Klaus and Miceal and to all readers of your book who are interacting with the Orbs among us.Thank you for assisting this Nurse Healer in validating my own sense of Orbs in Action.David Abrams, BSN, RN, MHP, DT

Interesting digital phenomenon
I listened to several interviews by the authors Heinemann and Ledwith online. I think more are available with Michael Ledwith. And, having found a few photographs in my own digital albums with "orbs" in them, I was interested in what studies they had conducted and of course, the results. It would have been better reading for me, if spiritualism had been kept out of the mix. Not that I don't think of myself as spiritual. And the way the authors described the photos of the orbs themselves in the interviews, I was expecting some blown away close ups or inner sanctum "exactly what it is" type of information to come through all of this decade of revelation finally put down in a book. No. In fact, I have a photograph they probably would have paid to see right here on my desktop that was taken in Germany at the Ishtar Gate. When that photo was blown up and we looked at it through a jewelers loop; well WOW!Saying that, there were a few "wows!" in their book. Just not that elusive rare wow that raises you right out of your seat. No.One of the reasons I added a whole extra star to this recommendation is the one revelation I had never heard of and actually might try myself (not sure....). But, not alone. :)

What a delightful book
written by a physicist and theologian, it follows their own extensive experiments in orb phenomena. Since they used two very different experimental approaches, this led to some similarities (and some differences) in their interpretation of their outcomes. And in some respects, they left more questions raised than answered, which is, I guess, one of the outcomes of fairly rigorous exploration of a field that exists beyond our physical senses.Be warned, this is not a woo-woo New Age book. It does contain excellent information on how to photograph orbs, as well as how to recognize "fake" orbs (and when the photographer might have accidentally chosen a setting that would cause him/her to take fake shots). It also contains some very interesting theories about what these things are, and why they're here. in fact, Miceal Ledwith's groundbreaking discovery that orbs are captured on the camera not by reflected light but by what is know in physics as "fluorescence" opens the way for scientific tools towards an entirely new understanding both of what orbs are and the realms they inhabit.I have only 2 complaints... wish the type on the footnotes were a slightly larger font, and I do wish Miceal Ledwith had delineated some of the yes/no questions (and answers he got) when he worked with the hexagonal orbs. <G>I can definitely recommend this if you're interested in the phenomena.Pam Gotcher

Extensive research done in this book
Very interesting and in depth information about ORBS. Worth reading more than once to retain all this fascinating information.

Too technical
I have a degree in philosophy, not quantum physics!! Intro too technical for average reader and 1st part not much better. Plus one needed illustrations in both sections. 2nd part not overly believable but easier to read.
