are these batteries made by Canon?

No, they are an aftermarket manufacturer. With that said, I have not experienced an problems with them. I charge them on a digital charger that assess the amount of charge and tops them off. I do that about every other month. They seem pretty good value. Hope this helps.

Do they last long? for example how many hours?

Depends on how long your using them. I spent 4 hours with it on taking pictures and I still have half battery left. They are working great for me, i bought two since i take a lot of pictures

The battery in my new canon rebel t5 is similar to this only 7.4v 860mah. will this batter work too? what is difference in 860mah and 1100mah?

I used this "pack of 2" from Amazon with the charger that Canon included with my kit. In fact, the vendor of my Rebel T5i warned me that the battery in the cam might not be fresh. (It wasn't.) (Amazon had NOT sold me the cam.) Amazon's batts are working perfectly. 860 v. 1100 mah refers to "milliamps-per-hour" which is mainly a measure of the rate you can recharge your depleted batts, also may be the rate at which your cam uses up a batt if you leave it on all the time. I never leave my cam on, always turn it off when not in use to save batt life. Also, the beauty of a double-pak is that you can always carry a fresh batt with you, fully-charged, in case you need it. :Brad Butler

Does it comes with a charger to charge them?

no . . . at the price they're giving, it's a great deal getting two of them. The charger would be extra, which would be only fair.
