Amazon Basics MFi-Certified USB-A to Lightning Cable for Apple iPhone and iPad - 4 Inches (10 Centimeters), White

I bought Amazon basic cables some time ago. I saw someone post these horrible pictures of their phone melting or something ridiculous. I've had my Amazon Basic cable for like 1 or 2 years. No issues with that cable at all, still works, no cable fraying, but then again, it's just by my bed to charge at night.I needed some new cables for my car. I have a Ford Focus. I had purchased some charging cables on here and my tablet would not charge using those cables, so I wondered if the USB ports were not powerful enough. But when I got these cables, my iPad charges just fine! Plus, over time, many of the other cables will start not being recognized by the Apple devices. I don't know why that occurs over time (they lasted one or two months), but it's annoying because the cables eventually are useless. Once I bought these cables, I've had no issues whatsoever, and they worked charging larger devices on the exact same car USB ports. I will only purchase the Amazon Basic cables from now on. It's worth it.

I like to keep a charging cable pretty much everywhere I use my phone -- by the sofa, by the bed, in the car, and by my desk at work. But no matter how careful I am, they all start to come apart after a while, and it's always the same problem. The plastic covering the cable begins to separate from the end of it, and even though it still works well enough, it just seems like a hazard when that happens. So when I logged onto Amazon to find a replacement, I figured I was just buying another standard cable that would eventually have the same problems. And then I saw this one. The length is great, much better than those 3ft ones that always seem just a bit too short to use my phone while charging, but more importantly, the end is designed to withstand a LOT of use. Right where most cables start falling apart, the manufacturer has added some reinforcement to keep this one lasting a hell of a lot longer than the competition. Of course I'm still taking good care of my cables, but I'm happy to have found one that won't crap out on me so soon after buying it!

I've only been using these cables for a few days, so it's still too early to make any sort of comment regarding durability and charging power, so I will share only my initial impression up to the time of this review. Two main reasons prompted me to buy these cords. Length and price. At ten feet, problems with using my phone and charging it at the same time are dramatically alleviated and it's easy enough to coil and secure any given length of the cord, if shorter applications are desired. These longer cords are just a joy. With regard to price, I wasn't expecting the greatest quality, but so far, they're working perfectly and seem to be enduring the rigors of regular use, unplugging and plugging. Most cords at this price point don't last more than a year. It's still too early to determine the quality and durability of these cords, but I will say so far, so good. Thumbs up and, with some reserve, recommended.

These cords were nice and long and charged well while they worked. One quit working within a month and the other lasted a couple months longer. I try to look for quality and pay a little more. I won’t buy these again.8/14/19Amazon docked my bank account for two cords because I didn’t return the old ones. I was never given notice that new ones were coming or to return defective cords at the time. I had to do a lot of digging to find an email “Reminder to Return” the defective cords, and then the charges on my account were more than the email said would be billed if not returned by some date.I’m shocked at the poor way this was handled as I don’t check emails much but I always get notifications thru the app (since that’s how I notified Amazon.) In the email from Amazon, there is a link to print a return label, but the link opens the Amazon app (on my iPhone) to the list of items I’ve ordered. This is a mess. I’m trying the link on the MacBook and we’ll see how that works. Nice surprise...not.8/7/19Update: Amazon responded to my appeal to replace or refund and they sent out two new cords. They arrived July 3 and the one I’m using is working good. I realize I need to break out the other cord to be sure it works. Amazon has incredible service on returns and I’m very grateful for their amazing help! I will buy again, if no further defects, but I will always buy Amazon.

Man, I love this charger! A few months ago, I cleared out all my old chargers that either didn’t work or were falling apart (as I’m sure a lot of you have too!) and ordered these to replace my iPhone chargers.The charging power and speed on these is great! Just as good as any Apple charger I’ve ever overpaid for and my phones battery life hasn’t taken a hit at all!The cord length is my only problem, it’s definitely a long cord and good for almost anyone, but I could benefit form having an extra foot there!They’re also durable as heck, still working just fine with no signs of wear and tear months after using them everyday!I would 100% recommend this product to anyone as a much cheaper alternative to overpriced iPhone chargers.

No duro mucho tiempo lo tenía en mi powerbank conectado

Luego de haber tenido multitud de cables para el iphone, me vi en la necesidad de buscar un cable que no se rompiera o descompusiera rápidamente. Entonces investigué y parecía ser que este cable era de los más resistentes. Ahora puedo decir que este cable me ha durado más de dos años antes de darme alguna falla. Sin duda alguna tiene una calidad muy buena a pesar de ser muy largo. En este último sentido, que fuera tan largo sin duda lo hizo muy cómodo. Los recomiendo al 100%

El cable viene certificado así que no tendrás problemas de sobrecalentamiento y más importante el tamaño no afecta el centro de carga

Se cercate un cavo semplice e non sapete quale scegliere, potete acquistare questo.È un cavetto semplicissimo ma che fa il suo, nulla da aggiungere.Connette e ricarica i dispositivi senza problemi.Forse l’unica critica costruttiva da poter fare per trovare il pelo nell’uovo è la lunghezza che è un po’ sotto alla media risposto gli altri cavi in commercio.Dipende logicamente per cosa vi serve, io mi sono trovato benissimo e mi trovo bene tutt’ora per l’uso che ne faccio.
