Perfect replaclement
The band I took home at the end of physical therapy broke after a year of use. This one is a mite stiffer, but perfect for my use in the recommended exercises.

Just like the physical therapists use
This is what you'll get when working with a physical therapist. I've had many years of PT for various muscle strains, imbalances, etc. and this is the stuff they use. The green band I purchased is about 1/2 way down the difficulty line to the best of my knowledge and a good place to start when you're rehabbing average muscles.

Helpful and customizable for my shoulder rehab!
The extra light option has really helped me with my shoulder rehab. Other “light” bands were still a little too difficult while I was building my strength back up. With this, I’m able to customize the resistance. So happy I found this!
