Great for Kel-Tec Sub 2000
If you put a picatinny rail on the side and attach this to it with an optic, it clears enough to fold the kel-tec sub 2000

Side-Lined but In The Game!
Since the Ruger AR-556 came with front and rear sights, I needed a means to mount a UTG SCP-RG40CDQ sight and not concern myself with bothersome co-witnessing. An offset sight mount was the obvious answer. The TACFire 45-degree Offset Side mount was perfect for the job. Since I am a leftie, the sight needed to be mounted to the left of the BUIS; a slight-twist of the MST and I'm looking through the sight and I can still keep my BUIS rear sight deployed in case that I need to transition to it real quick. Best of all, this mount negates the need to co-witness. Additionally, the ejection pot is angled downward and keeps flying brass from my face; something a left-handed MSR operator welcomes.Tightening the mount is stiff but the mount is sturdy once tightened down, although tightening was assisted with a pair of protected pliers. The QD mount on the sight allows me to remove the sight and run BUIS only. Mounting the sight to the rear of the mount allowed me to lower my rear BUIS sight but still reach the release lever on the BUIS to deploy it if I need to. Additionally, the UTG SCP-RG40CDQ sight keeps the BUIS from damage as the side of the UTG SCP-RG40CDQ sight is alongside the BUIS.The TACFire 45-degree Offset Side mount is an excellent choice regardless if you need to mount optics or BUIS on flat-top MSRs. If need be, I can mount a second offset mount and install a tactical scope with relative ease.

Great quality, much cheaper than local.
Fits perfectly on my gun and at a fraction of the cost that it's sold for at the local sporting goods store. Used it to mount my red dot sight on my rifle but I needed something that could fit under my main scope. This was a great solution. Holds true so far. If you want the fit to stick even better/longer, you can find screw glue to keep it from coming loose depending on how much you shoot. Mine has been fine so far and is mounted on my .556 Franklin Armory AR

Dual Sights
I have a scope atop my AR (Paintball), however while playing I constantly find myself in cover in some various of the game. These (I got 2) allow me to still use my scope in other game forms, and still see straight down the rail. They allowed me to attach my iron sights at an angle, for use when I am doing quick leaning out for the fly shot from cover. When you lean, one tend to tilt he gun to the left or right, which causes the 45* to become 90* (straight up).

no major complaints
works well enough for my flashlight. I ordered this one with the thumb screw so I could "easily" remove and replace a flashlight when i didn't need it (excess weight) you have to use a tool; hex wrench, small screwdriver or pliers to tighten the thumb screw otherwise it comes loose after a few rounds.

Great way to utilize limited rail space.
I bought this as a gift. We installed it and mounted the laser in no time. It tightens down with no play on the mount. It allowed us to mount a light out of the way of the sights and was a great solution to limited rail space.

Decent - but still disappointed
Fits tight on the rail - but the 45 degree off-set rail sems a hair narrow compared to the rifle rail. I haven't pulled out the calipers to measure -- because I'm sure it will come up short. Thankfully the iron sights I'm using it for seem stable enough... but I was disappointed.I think it's a matter of "all things made in China" that we experience the lack of true tolerance

Liked it at first
Liked it at first. Seemed like scopes fit great on my stock rails. but these mount systems fit well on certain parts of my rail and was loose and rattled on other parts. But hey it really fits great on themselves for storage.
