This slow cooker is excellent quality, lightweight and easy to carry. Cooks evenly and keeps warm without drying the food out. It is a good value. I would buy it again

I love the lock feature. I’ve never used the programmable features before but it doesn’t look too difficult. I most want to tell you all about the seller. Anna stands up and for her company and customer service. There was a mishap with my original order which FedEx did not stand behind their responsibilities. I contacted her only to let her know what had happened. A short time later I had a message from her that she had also spoken with FedEx and she was shipping me a new one. Which did arrive today. THATS customer service!

I really liked this crockpot at first — it cooked evenly, was easy to use, and did exactly what it was supposed to. Unfortunately, after only about 8 months of ownership and roughly 10 uses, it completely stopped heating. The heating element appears to have failed, and now it’s basically useless. I expect a slow cooker to last years, not less than a dozen meals. Disappointing durability for something that’s meant to be a dependable kitchen staple. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the manufacturer improves quality or offers a stronger warranty.

Cooking with a crock-pot enhances the flavor of the recipe. Programing your meal is puts the icing on the top. Late comers can get a hot meal without me having to do extra. This is a really nice model!
