Worth every penny
We bought this more than a year ago when we purchased our first RV. I chose it based on Amazon reviews as well as RV-specific sites. We now have over 125 days using these on the road to cook all our meals. This cook set is, without a doubt, worth every single penny. It is heavy duty and durable. The cook surfaces are incredibly nonstick. They heat evenly on our gas stove, and work even better on our induction cooktop. Cleanup is an absolute breeze.True, this set is not inexpensive. But it gives you the performance of great quality cookware at home. If you plan to do serious travel, do NOT try to save money on cookware. Buy the Magma.

8 Years Owning, One of My Top 10 purchases EVER
I bought the stainless steel set 8 years, 1 month and 3 days ago. The set still looks new (lost the bungee straps long ago). This set has been thru it all. Survived children/youths learning to cook. It has been used over camp fires. One of the handles fell with half of it on red hot coals. I had to go back in to grab my tongs to lift it out. Brushed the ashes off and THERE WAS NO DAMAGE!! The metal locking part was fire hot but nothing melted on the black. Transition to living in a motorhome and it fit perfect in my under sink ring cabinet.I treated mine with avacoda oil like I do cast iron when first getting it and once since over the 8 years. Idk if it's required but I'd read lots of reviews that suggested doing so.Did I mention they can go in the oven without the handles? Food doesn't stick, easy to clean and stacks so well you don't hear them rattling when driving (I also have the stainless straining basket if comes in which may contribute to it not rattling)If you're an organization freak like me, you will love how they stack together. If you have weak arms or hands like me (Ehler Danlos), the set is easy to handle and not near as heavy as other sets I've owned. The handles are easy to slide off and on as well. When initial purchased I got the stainless basket to drop inside prior to putting in the food. The basket sets too much up from the bottom and require more water to reach food (important if you're boondocking and need to conserve water). However the bottom is to low to steam some foods correctly. It also holds water around bottom after pulling it out of pot. It's been 8 years so these minor things may have been changed. The pot protectors got misplaced years ago. However, my set still looks new without having used them for years. They didn't seem to make a difference with or without.Keep in mind thks is the stainless steel set, not the coated colored onesThis is in the top 10 of my purchases in my 48 years of being on this planet.

Go for it!
Ok, so on Prime Day, I figured I'd order a new set of pots and pans and surprise my hubby who likes to cook with all new stuff for the kitchen. So I spent a good hour or two researching, cross checking, and finally ordered this (a T-Fal) really awesome set that got thousands of 5 star rave reviews, had like 18 pcs with it, was non-stick, induction, basically the best of the best and most expensive, except it was on Prime Day special, so was almost $200 less than normal pricing. I was happy. It showed up. Hub was NOT happy. Apparently he's been wanting a new set, BUT, it MUST have removable handles b/c our kiddo, when emptying the dishwasher, will not take the time to stack our regular handled pots properly and they end up all over the cabinets in no particular order. UGH! I wasn't even home. He made kiddo pop the set into the car and drive it right down to UPS store to be returned that very day.So... another few hours spent researching. Prime day OVER. Sales OFF. Now he wants THIS Magna set, but in non-stick. Read the reviews. NOT happy; some say they scratch and chip too easily. Plus was waaay more expensive and a much smaller set than the T-Fal. After a few days, I finally settled on this set. And boy am I a happy camper! I LOVE how they stack so neatly! I'm still not use to the sticking thing, but I'm getting there. Heating pan first is an absolute MUST DO. And use cooking oil or spray. And cleaning: I was super upset the first time I used these and could not get the stains out, after any amt of scrubbing. Researched again. Found Barkeeper's Friend. AHHHHH MAZE ING! 3 drops of that stuff on a slightly wet pan and using my Scrub Mama ever so gently, and VIOLA... TOTALLY BRAND NEW AGAIN!These pans are pretty much perfect, and I can see them lasting a LOOOONG time, as long as you care for them properly. And they remind me of the set my mama used to have back in the day, before the non-sticks ever were available. So their nostalgic too!Our only issue now: I like restacking exactly as they came, storing handles inside, using the Magna pot separators / protectors between each, and replacing the little black strap that keeps them all neatly together. Why not? But hub hates the strap and keeps throwing it in a drawer. Ha. There's always some battle of the wills, but at least it's a minor one. Like how the toilet paper should roll of the roll, and how the dishwasher is loaded. Some things are just really fun to bicker about. Keeps a marriage interesting, ya know?Summary: Great set. Highly recommend. Just buy them. NOW! (And some BKF and protectors, while you're at it)
