Pretty solid product. Company stands by it
I use this everyday as a truck driver. After a few months, the ball mount got a stress fracture due to road vibration and bumps. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement. The response was quick, receiving the part takes a little bit (compared to 1-2 day amazon shipping). It was a no hassle process and the company honored the warranty. I adjusted how its sits on the dash to reduce vibration. No complaints, pretty solid product, handy, fits my ipad perfectly, and good customer service. Not bad for $20

I used this to adapt to the ball mount that came on my semi to mount my ELD logs. It’s a bit flimsy, but it gets the job done.

Good for 4 months.
Used to hold a Microsoft surface while I data logged. Spring part broke when I was putting in the tablet last time. I didn't think I was overstressing the part, but could have been my fault.

I was concerned as all the base is built in plastic, but it works well and holds a large tablet without wobbling.

Cheaply made product
A MUST READ! Well.. within SIX MONTHS of purchasing this mount the arm completely snapped off from the base while I was driving causing my phone to fall and the screen to crack. Within SIX MONTHS! I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone. Luckily I have insurance on my phone but I still had to pay the deductible.I attempted to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, along with Amazon and assumed they would stand by their craftsmanship and replace the item but NOPE they basically told me to go F myself. I'm a Prime member and have been so for a very very long time.First Amazon assured me it would be taken care of and it wouldn't take more than 48 hours. After a WEEK passed, I reached back out and after a bunch of apologies they told me give them another 48 hours. Four days later they told me they got in contact with the manufacturer and aside of them replacing the product they would issue me a $20 credit for my inconvenience.How about NONE of that happened. Lies and unkempt promises across the board from Amazon and this seller.Once this company has your money they give you their @ss to kiss. Aside of that it caused damage to my $1200 phone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU HAVE PHONE INSURANCE THAT COVERS DAMAGE FROM FALLING. It is poorly made with cheap material and is clearly only made to last until the return window has expired. There are too many other options to buy then to take a chance here and potentially damage your very expensive phone or tablet.Terrible product and an equally terrible customer service experience from Amazon.
