They seem to help
My momma swears by her Ruby Reds, she's been pushing me to ry fro years. Well I'm about halfway through menopause and fell like crap, I don't eat a balanced diet because I am a picky eater. Honestly, I do feel better and I feel as though I have more energy through out the day, I don't feel like I want to take a nap by 1030am. I tried mixing with water and I did not like the taste. Mom mixes hers with orange juice. I have found I like mine best in my moring smoothie. My only complaint is the handle on the scoop is to long and a royal pain in the butt until the bucket is about half empty.

Super yummy and healthy!
This is the best-tasting fruit and veggie powder that I have ever tasted, and I have tasted a lot. This powder has so many vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that I feel great after taking it. It mixes well with water, though you do have to shake it more than just initially, I just shake it before every drink. I have started using this as part of my homemade pre-workout drink- it tastes great and it has the added bonus of getting me to drink so many things that are good for me. I have definitely started feeling more energetic since starting to use this, but my skin is also healthier and I am sleeping better. You can't go wrong with this!

I remember when I first saw the infomercial advertising this product 11 years ago, and I decided to try it out. It was much bigger in Size and the taste was soo delicious, even my girlfriend was so addicted to the taste! Now it is a much different story. It is a lot smaller in size but I read the description and knew what I would be getting. My complaint isn't with the size, but with the taste! Why does it taste like I'm drinking a strong concoction of herbal green grass! It doesn't taste like the yummy and delicious drink that I enjoyed so many years ago! And why is it so hard to dissolve in water? Gross! I ended up with the disgusting, lumpy, aftermath at the bottom! Huge Mistake! This may be good for you, but it shouldn't have to taste this awful! I regret ever buying this! And I was so excited for finding this again!
