The colors are variable. My set is black for the larger cutter (cutting dimensions of 1 3/4 inches by 5 inches) and yellow for the smaller cutter (cutting dimensions of 1 1/2 inches by 4 inches). They are made of hard plastic and seem sturdy enough to hold up to my cookie cutting needs.

Cheaply made
I used it once and it worked as expected. I hand washed it as I do all of my cutters and the hot sink water was enough to soften it and now it’s no longer a rectangle. An expensive cutter for only one use.

Item arrived broken, the sides were separating from the top. Otherwise, it's a good size cutter, just poor quality.
