It doesn't have iron which is good, because men (and postmenopausal women) tend to get too much iron in their body, since the only way to get rid of it is by bleeding.The formula has Mega doses of most of the contained nutrients if you take two capsules a day as recommended. That's overkill for me, because I have a good and healthy plant-based diet. So I just take one pill two or three times a week as an insurance policy just in case I'm missing some micronutrients. Doing this, one bottle lasts me for a few months.You can get them directly from the company but you have to order a lot more to get free shipping so it works out better to buy them from Amazon for smaller orders.
