LOVE! NEED REPLACEMENT PARTS? INFO HERE!
Love this Glider! We have had one for 2 years and love it and just picked up another one. The second one just arrived and 3 snaps were crushed so couldn't attach armrests, but it would seem this is pretty common with shipping, unfortunately. No problem though, just call up Stork Craft customer service and they will send you the replacements for free. (takes 10-14 days) Very nice! Don't bother with Amazon for things like snaps or cushion replacement as they will just have you send the whole chair back. The customer service number for Stork Craft is 1-877-274-0277 call back if you hear a busy signal. You will need the model number, the date the chair was manufactured, and place of manufacture for the call. Those can be found under the seat of the glider....the assembly paper is NOT where you would find it as it's incomplete info. Finally, don't forget to be nice to Stork Craft customer service...they are sending out parts for free and we want them to keep doing so! Happy Gliding!

Replaced after 1.5 years
Replacing after a year and a half of frustrating use. Wish I had spent the extra money on a more sturdy and comfortable chair. The cushion inside arm rests has bunched up and I can't straighten it back out, so those are now useless, just hanging on the side. The chair came missing buttons to keep these visions/pockets pinned down, emailed about this with a "tough for you" type response. One of the major wooden back supports broke within 6 months of use. My husband was able to fix just enough to keep it semi-functional, but still will often come out making me lean to one side. I'm afraid what would happen if someone heavier rocked in it- I'm about 145 lbs. With another baby on the way, we're testing chairs in person from companies with better customer service & literally tossing this to the curb.I will say the ottoman still works well.

Almost Great...But Was Pretty Disappointed....
Let's start with the good....the chair looks really nice and I think it's pretty comfortable. Assembly was *super* easy - I was worried it was going to be a nightmare. It took about ~10 minutes to put together. The glide motion is very smooth and the one I have is very quiet. The bad...the chair is damaged. I'm usually pretty forgiving about damaged furniture, as frustrating as it is, because I it gets shipped all over the place and it's possible that the damage happens in transit. Anyway, if you look in the picture you can see the front of the chair is pretty dinged up (of course, it's the front right? If it were in the back I probably wouldn't care). What's more, I inspected the box, it's not damaged, there isn't a hole in the box that matches up with the damaged wood. This didn't happen in transit.Beyond that, it just feels pretty cheap. The chair is light (generally a bad thing for wooden furniture). The padding is great now, but it doesn't feel like it will hold up. Also annoying - even on day #1 the 'snaps' that hold the padding for the arms on didn't work. It just won't hold. Maybe I'll superglue shut or some up with something similar.I'm frustrated and disappointed with receiving damaged furniture; particularly with baby items. Like most people I'm not going to take 10 minutes taking the chair apart, then 30 minutes trying to get it back in the box, then find packing tape, throw it into my car and send it back to Amazon. Or you can try to contact the company to get a replacement part - sit on hold for an hour or send an email and wait a week for a response.Edit: Update after two years of use the chair has held up very well. I was frustrated with the original damage but have increased my rating since.

Perfect for me and my son
I bought this glider on September 30th 2012, for my sons arrival on October 17th 2012. Its been over 2 years and the chair is still in great shape. I love it!! I've literally used it EVERY day since the birth of my son. Multiple times a day at that. Breastfeeding was always in the chair, nap time rocking, bedtime rocking, story time, etc. My son loves the chair too! He is a toddler now and as soon as I tell him its story time he runs to the chair and JUMPS on it! Yes it does get dirty very easily, but it is definitely worth way more than what we paid for. Sometimes it does creak here and there, but my husband always does something to it to make it quiet down. Love it and would buy it again!

Don't waste your money!
I wish I could give this 0 stars. We only used this rocker for about 5 months before it completely fell apart. First it started squeaking really loud and we had to put WD-40 on it every couple days. Then the arm detached and we put it back together with some wood glue but it broke again two days later. In that time the back fell off, while I was rocking my son, in the middle of the night.Unfortunately my 8 month old son has to be rocked to sleep so our house hold was miserable until we got a new rocker. So dissatisfied. I wish we hadn't wasted our time or money.
