Great service

I have several of the tesa / Nie Wieder Bohren items and love them. Just ordered the shower caddy and it looks as great as my other items but I cannot fit it as the adhesive is rock solid and hard. The little tube just broke open on the first turn of the squeezer.All I need is a replacement adhesive but Amazon can only offer me an exchange of the entire item. I have so far declined because I fear I'll just get another dried-out adhesive.Anyone know how I can get only the adhesive, preferably free of charge?

It was easy to install. See the YouTube video if you prefer not to read the included paper instructions. After a couple of months there are no issues. The shelf is full of bottles and remains intact in the shower.

The product itself is excellent. However, I did have to wait for a long time to get one of the shower caddies which I had ordered. Then in one of them the silicone which is used to glue it to the tiles was missing. They could not supply the silicone on its own so they delivered a complete new caddy which I have to return without the silicone. Otherwise I would have given a full 5 star rating.

Nach meinem schlechten Erfahrungen mit einem anderen Klebehakensystem Metaltex) hatten wir keine Duschablage mehr (wollte schon bohren), da wurde ich durch einen TV-Spot darauf aufmerksam, dass Tesa jetzt auch soetwas anbietet. Ich war überrascht, hat Tesa sogar verschiedene Produktlinien im Angebot, wie renommierte Unternehmen, wie z. B. Keuco. Das normal designte ALUXX-Programm sprach mich an und wurde über den Amazonlink direkt beim Tesa-Onlineshop bestellt. Alles was ich bei Metaltex zu beanstanden hatte, war hier verbessert, die Befestigungen auf das Programm individuell abgestimmt. Die Montageanleitung nachvollziehbar und das Zubehör hierzu komplett, fast liebevoll verpackt. Etwas schwierig empfand ich die Ausrichtung der Klebebefestigung, denn Schutzstreifen abziehen und dann mit Wasserwaage auf der Wand ausrichten funktioniert nur mit vier Händen. Der Klebestreifen haftet beim ersten Kontakt mit der Wand sofort, ein seitliches Verschieben ist dann nicht mehr drin ( nach vorn wieder abziehen schon) auch muss man die Klebeteile am Accessoires manuell zur Wand drücken, weil die Teile nicht bündig (es fehlt ja noch die Chromkappe) mit dem Regalrahmen aufliegt. Also die Gewindekugel nur lose andrehen, damit die Klebefläche auch die Wand erreicht, oder die Chromkappe gleich mit einlegen. Danach die Gewindekugeln wieder lösen, das Regal entfernen und nach finalem Andrücken der Klebeflächen mit dem Kleber verfüllen, 12 h aushärten lassen, übergequollene Kleberreste (sind jetzt recht fest) abschneiden, Chromkappen drauf und Regal festschrauben. Hält bis jetzt bombenfest. Geht etwas vorsichtig mit dem Kleber um (kein Silikon) der ist weiß, wie Creme und von Händen (Kleidung wollte ich nicht probieren) schwer wieder zu entfernen. Sollte das Regal wieder herabfallen, werde ich meine Rezession ergänzen. Einen Minuspunkt wollte ich noch verteilen, weil meine Shampoosflasche unten nicht reinpasst, 1 cm mehr Höhe wäre halt praktischer, aber er gibt durchaus Hersteller, deren Reinigungsmittel hier trotzdem hineinpassen.

I really hate drilling tiles. If it goes wrong you’re in a heap of pain. Tesa provide a wonderful solution. Excellent instructions and a top quality strong storage solution without drilling. Highly recommended.
