These are delicious beverages I was drinking them exclusively for a while with some coconut water
I had to stop though because I came into the keto diet. You get to eat awesome food and once you get off the carbs and sugar you going into ketosis your appetite, shrinks down you can eat once a day as long as it’s not carbs and sugar the weight will fall off unfortunately this does not do that diet for me. It taste great. I love it. It does hydrate you. It’s not all bad, but it needs to have a sugar-free carb free version before I could ever entertain doing it again which is sad I can’t say I didn’t have my fill or else I wouldn’t have gotten tight diabetes from the stuff and other products loaded with, unhealthy ingredients as well with sugars the devil you don’t shoot the message

Amazing!
I bought a mix pack with these in there and they where so good! I just had to order a large pack! Which I luckily got on sale cuz they are kind of pricey. But the tastes is amazing. Not all that unhealthy sugar in it!
