superior kit for the price - Bag is plenty large
I got this kit to extend my previous kit - which I put together myself. This is an excellent kit with most of the basics as well as some advanced gear. Pros: - Bag is perfectly sized for a large first aid/medical kit. Bag is durable made from cordura. - Plenty of space in the main compartment. Bag comes with dividers that velcro onto the sides so you can 'customize' the inside. - Two large side pockets for more gear. - Overall what I would call 'perfect' size for a large kit with the ability to sort the supplies as needed. - Supplies with the kit are more than sufficient for basic first aid. Plenty of them as well. All expected items are there. The one thing that is not included are liquids than have an expiration date. No antibiotic ointments/sprays/wound cleanser. - Stethoscope and blood pressure cuff are also included. The cuff is a fairly inexpensive type, the scope is decent. Cons: - As some have already pointed out - a few items need to be purchased to make this kit complete - pain killers, ointments, etc that have a couple of year expiration date are not included. for the price paid, this is not a huge detractor. - no suture kit - I would have expected this given the fairly advanced nature of the kit. Again, not a huge detractor given the price. Overall a solid kit with plenty of room for adding additional items as needed. Hope that helps.

Excellent Value and Quality - See what comes with the kit
1 - The bag - It is Orange with Reflector Strips and Medical Logo on top flap - It is very heavy duty (unlike what some reviewers have stated (my only complaint is the top handle has two Velcro strips to go together rather and a wrap around Velcro strap) See the photos that I have added. 2 - Side pocket bags made of the same material as the bag with clear front window and Yes, they have Velcro to hold them down. These bags when easily stocked have the identical stock (which I will list below. The side bags contain the following - there is a packing list but I received more items than they state and I will note that with an *. (Double the numbers as there are two bags) 8 - 4x4 Sponge Sterile 1 - Bag Assorted Flex Bandages 2 - Triangular Bandages 37x37 (They come with two Large Safety Pins each that were not stated in the list) 2 - Oval Eye Pads - 1 5/8" x 2 5/8" * 5 - Extra Large Plastic Strip Bandages (Each of mine came with 10) 5 - Povidone Iodine Prep Pads * 5 - Alcohol Preps (these were not on the list) * 10 - Ammonia Inhalant Ampules (these were not on the list) 1 - Kling Elastic Gauze 2" 1 - Kling Elastic Gauze 3" 1 - Kling Elastic Gauze 6" 3 - Surgipad Dressings 5" x 9" 2 - Bee String Pads 1 - Cloth Tape 1" x 10 yds. ** I added 5 - 3M Steri Strips to each bag when I purchased the kit as I believe these are essential (due to a recent injury) ** I will also add some Neosporin tubes to each bag The main compartment lists the following items: 1 - Bandage Scissors 5 1/2" 1 - Kelly Forcepts, Straight 5 1/2" 1 - Mylar Rescue Blanket 1 - CPR Shield with Gloves 1 - Diagnostic Penlight 1 - Dixie Emergency Airway Kit 1 - Wire Splint 1 - Cold Compress 1 - Bite Stick 1 - Instant Glucose 1 - Kling Elastic Gauze 2" x 2" 1 - Kling Elastic Gauze 4" x 4" 1 - Seat Belt Cutter 1 - Tourniquet The Following items were included but not listed: * 1 - Stethoscope * 1 - Multi-Trauma Dressing 12" x 30" * 1 - Blood Pressure Cuff/Gauge * 1 - Rescue Mask * 1 - Foil Baby Bunting Conclusion: I am a Certified First Responder and this kit is an awesome value both for quality and price. I would say it is well stocked (but there is no kit that will have everything you may want). As I said, I will be adding some odds and ends but what an Excellent start. Five Stars!

Great first aid kit & bag
The bad is very well made and designed. First it is very high visibility, bright orange with white medical logo on the top and reflective yellow stripes on the sides. It is all double stitched and waterproofed. It has to large end pockets and one huge middle compartment. the middle compartment has a padded insert used to organize the contents. Each end pocket have a nice easily removable pouch that is zippered and has a clear face to easily ID contents. All handles are very easy to grasp and are very securely attached to the bag. There is a removable shoulder strap and the two handles Velcro together for easier handling. All main pockets are double zippered. The zippers are high quality and seem very durable. As for the contents the bandages and other assorted supplies are good quality. The BP cuff and stethoscope seem to work well and are of above average quality. Despite the abundance of supplies there is a at least 50% of the bag still to fill with other supplies you might want/need. I highly recommend this bag are a great kit to give you a jumpstart on a high quality first aid supply kit. Whether it is for your home, office, vehicle or camper/trailer you can't go wrong with this bag. I am going to buy a couple more because these qualify as a FSA approved item for me and from what I understand the IRS will allow you to purchase up to 5 per year.

Great Trauma Bag.. Lots of Space.. Perfect for EMR's, not for constant use.
This is a wonderful trauma bag.. it has tons of space and comes with a good amount of supplies. (Does not include nasopharangeal airways, and only comes with a couple pair of medium sized gloves) Getting more detailed this bag is perfect for EMR's to keep in their vehicle, or for working at sporting events. However the bag is not for constant use. The bag seems to have cheap construction. If this bag is used on a daily basis I believe it will deteriorate quickly. Because if this I could not suggest this bag for law enforement use. The bag (once full) is about 2.5 x 1.5 x 1 feet. The picture doesn't do it justice. Hope this helps!
