The only exception is that the 3 pin extension plug stopped working after 1 use. I was scared that the equipment had malfunctioned.

Product is mediocre in everything and neither saves any time. Hair are not curled up properly resulting in loose ugly curls. Neither hair are staightened good. Doesn't do anything properly. Don't get a hot air brush all in one styler, they don't work unless its a Dyson.

The hair dryer is amazing. It is perfect for setting hair quickly. I love the packaging and attachments with this one. Thanks!

I really liked the packaging and style of the product but I am very disappointed as I bought looking at the good reviews. It's not what I expected. the dryer makes a lot of sound and curling attachment also does not work. The overall product is decent but not as good as per the price. Just the heating thing is fine and doesn't burn the hair.the styling doesn't stay for long if you are staying in a humid area.

the product is absolutely superb !! no doubt about the performance i can say it by using it only once.. still cant understand the cool shot doesnt blows cool air but as if the heat is reduced..Had to return the product as the cool shot was not working and exchange delivery arrived the very next day...the second one is much better but still satisfactory with the COOL SHOT why isn't the cool shot working as i expected it to ?

This is my first straightener i have, i'm not 100% sure it can do the features before using, that i did a good purchasing. Straight my curly hair quickly and nicely after washing my hair,make hair look stylish and smooth.

The material quality is very bad. The soft touch handle was sticky and melted and stuck to the hands like grease. Did not get to use the styler, so cannot comment on the functionality. Returned

One of the best things I’ve purchased on Amazon. I wish I had bought it sooner! It is so much easier to use than a traditional blow dryer and round brush. My hairstylist recommended it.
