Changed my life!!
For 20 years, I'd been suffering terrible lower back pain and tightness. Orthopedists had diagnosed my problem as related to my hip alignment -- butt sticking out, back arched, glutes not engaged to tuck pelvis under naturally. Every morning, I've done tons of their prescribed exercises to "strengthen my core", stretch tight hip & glute muscles, and perform myofascial release (e.g. foam roller). These temporarily feel good, but then throughout the day and through the night, I would get so tight and would be constantly stretching, doing hip circles, or otherwise trying to ease my stiffness. I even bought a tempur-pedic mattress and pillow & an ergonometric office chair, and I'd already been sleeping with a regular pillow between my knees. But I would still wake up feeling like an old man. Then I finally realized that all the exercises and stretches in the world wouldn't help me, since every time I sat or slept (2/3 of my life!), I was gradually exacerbating my hip problems by relaxing into my natural posture. The only thing that would cure my back problems was to be *re-aligning my hips WHILE I sat and slept*. So after a ton of research and trial and error, I came upon FOUR products that have completely transformed my life. TWO KEY PRODUCTS FOR BED The first was this product. Seriously, there's something about this shape and material that makes it so easy to KEEP the pillow between your knees the whole night, and you actually *wake up* with it still between your knees. I'd never slept a night with my hips & back FULLY relaxed until I slept a night with this. I stood right up on my first morning and I didn't even groan! Back was as good as new after just ONE night. The second product was the Restorology Elevating Memory Foam Leg Rest Pillow. It's a leg wedge that allows you to elevate your legs super comfortably while you're on your back, to help you relax for an hour or two before bed (reading, watching tv, etc). But here's the kicker: I put THIS KNEE PILLOW *under* my upper hips / lower back while my legs are elevated, and the gentle hip realignment completely opens my core. Nothing has ever felt so refreshing in my life. There are even nights where I've slept the whole night like that and woke up feeling even BETTER than I do sleeping on my side with the knee pillow alone. TWO PRODUCTS FOR THE OFFICE CHAIR At the office, no matter how much I optimized my desk & chair height and focused on my posture, I'd feel stiff after 30 mins of sitting (getting worse throughout the day). Trying to sit up straight would make my back TIRED, as my hips were naturally just a bit tilted back, and my imbalanced muscled (and tight ass) forced me to "work too hard" just to sit up in the recommended posture. Then I got these two other products that changed my life even more profoundly: The first was "The Wedge -- Effective Posture Correction Cushion for Office Chair". It's like a hard, pliable beanbag pillow that you can wedge right under your lower back / upper hip while you sit. Once I figured out how to best position it for my particular hip realignment needs, it was like reaching Nirvana. But I needed one other key ingredient: a good office footrest. (I got the AmazonBasics Foot Rest for $15.) With the right foot placement & slight leg elevation, I was able to get The Wedge to really push my hips in exactly the direction they need to be subtly pushed for realignment. The moment I found the right position, it was like a funnel of energy opened up in my body. It shot up from my hips through my spine to my brain, and I was literally consumed with ecstasy and seeing stars. I freaking cried. A grown man, bawling at the realization that that was the first day of the rest of my life -- the day that my back pain would begin to transform into core strength. My disability would be transforming into a *competitive advantage* that people with strong spines always seemed to have in life. Your posture is EVERYTHING, and we often forget how much it permeates into all other aspects of our lives. If you can make your time sitting and sleeping a time when you are working to *positively realign* your hips (and not just "limit damage"), then all those other exercises, stretches, and foam roller sessions will actually start creating real recovery progress, and you will become the master of your core energy.

I have stuck a regular pillow between my knees at night to sleep but the pillow always goes flat or it gets twisted and goes sid
I have hip, lower back, knee and foot pain when I sleep at night which makes for a very restless sleep. I sleep on my side most of the night and this causes more pain and pressure on my joints, I have tried sleeping on my back but then it feels as if my back has locked up and I can barely move out of bed in the morning. I have stuck a regular pillow between my knees at night to sleep but the pillow always goes flat or it gets twisted and goes sideways and that in turn makes it worse. So I went looking for one that would not slip around, be soft and firm at the same time and hopefully take away some pressure and pain. I found the Abco Knee pillow, read up on it and decided to give it a try. It came in a carry pouch and has a removable cover so when it becomes dirty you can wash it, liked that very much. the memory foam was firm but it became soft enough to not be hard and uncomfortable. I slept with it that night and the knee pillow did not slip around, it pretty much stayed in place, it did not go flat and it separated my knees just enough to still be comfortable. The pillow helped take pressure off of my hips and lower back so I I could rest better and not hurt as bad. Now I can not sit here and say that this pillow has cured me or kept all pain away because that would be a lie. I have severe hip, back, knee and foot pain so I never expected it to take it all away but I can say that it has helped with some relief to all my joints and that is a BIG PLUS for me.

Comforting
Upon an unexpected onset of sciatica, my brother, who is a retired geriatric doctor, suggested I find a pillow to place between my knees at night. Consequently, I purchased this knee pillow, and overall I am pleased with it for shorter sleep like naps. Because I tend to be a restless sleeper, I have a tendency to lose the pillow during the night, but, hopefully, this will change as I get more used to it. When in use, I do find that the pillow eases somewhat the pressure on my affected leg and offers some comfort.

Good for back and leg pain
I have a herniated disc in my lower back and the pain is radiating down to my upper leg and into my knee. The pain is particularly noticeable at night and often wakes me up. My physical therapist recommended getting a pillow to put between my knees while I was sleeping. I tried a regular sleeping pillow but it was too large and made turning in bed difficult. This pillow, however, is small enough that I can turn with ease while still keeping the pillow in place. The external material is soft and comfortable. The shape is conducive to properly aligning my spine. It came in a nice zipper clear plastic carrying case which is ideal for storage or for traveling. While the leg and knee pain has not completely subsided, I believe the pillow has helped reduce it. I would recommend this product to you.

Fixed hip pain, caused new pains.
I bought this to relieve my hip pain, which it did. Unfortunately, it caused me to have ankle pain if I placed it between my knees, or knee pain if I moved it up closer to thighs. It is very comfortable to the touch; I just can’t find the right placement. I wonder if it is too thick for my body? I want to slice it in half. ha

It is perfect - just as advertised
I love it. It is exactly as advertised. The memory foam does not feel hot to me as some other reviews have said - and I am a hot sleeper. It looks nice, has a washable cover. Did it change my life? No. But it was exactly what I ordered, at a good price, and I would recommend it. Update: I have used this pillow every night for almost two years now, and it remains wonderful. Love it. The pillowcase it comes with is mostly still in good shape, a few pills starting to form on it but not bad for two years of every night use.

This pillow is A+, well made and does the job :-) I suffer with painful hips and knees, especially at night, and this pillow aligns me perfectly and keeps my knees slightly apart (I am female, 5ft 10, 10st 11lb). I have only been using for 3 nights so far and its made such a big difference, sleeping so much better and my pain has reduced significantly. You can easily turn over without losing the pillow and it does not make me feel too hot. I had previously purchased a cheaper pillow on eBay which was rubbish and was as useful as a chocolate teapot plus it smelt awful!! definitely worth paying a bit more for a quality product. One very happy customer :-)

Thank you thank you thank you!! I have suffered with back issues (4 discs that are moderate on the scale) for a number of years and have used pillows but, they always seem to move and I find them on the floor in the morning. I looked at a lot of these on Amazon before picking this one, crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. I only wish I would have bought two of them so I could leave one downstairs by the couch for when I need to lay down! Woke up with minimal pain in my back, instead of reaching for pain meds first thing in the morning. It is comfortable, I had no issues sleeping with it and tossing or turning in the night, it stayed with me and was in the same place in the morning. I read some of the reviews that said it was too thick. For me, it was perfect and it does compress slightly with use and it does matter where you put it, further down your legs or further up but, find that sweet spot and you are good to go!

Il s'adapte bien et pourtant j'ai de gros genoux et se fait oublier. ça m'a été conseillé par un kné pour calmer mes douleurs dorsales et ça marche, en tout cas pour moi.

My husband loves his, but I find it too thick. Good quality though.
