Perfect after surgery
Sturdy , well made perfect for seniors or persons needing assistance getting off toilet, especially after major back surgery. Easy to assemble.

Practical And Nice Looking
This handrail device is a good buy.It's a pleasant powder blue and aluminum tubing with grey foam handgrips on the upper surface. Nice looking, especially in comparison to most of the similar devices on Amazon.I didn't need to use the suction cups, the regular rubber crutch tips are fine in my bathroom. When you set it up there's an option to fix the arms in the open position or allow them to fold up like a walker. I chose that and just lean it against a wall when I'm not using it, it's not in the way.There's not much to know about it obviously, but the build quality, design, and color make it a good choice. I recommend it.

Nice looking - Didn’t work in my space
Got this because spouse with Parkinson’s started having problems with mobility. This is nice looking but too big for space in bathroom that he uses. We ended up having to get a bedside commode instead which was much better for him.

Easy to put together and increases safety/independence
This has helped my husband after his back surgery and me after my appendectomy (all in one week) this is a great product and great price for the piece of mind

Very useful equipment for post surgery recovery
Excellent piece of equipment for my husband’s use during his recovery from knee replacement surgery. It’s strong and sturdy and supports his 209lbs very easily. Good value for the money.

Not right for me

Stand-alone feature is a plus
I like that this toilet safety rail system is stand-alone so it can be removed for better access to cleaning the toilet and the surrounding area. The suction cups are "heavy duty" and really keep the rails stable. One thing to note, however: The suction cups ONLY work on a solid surface. They will not hold if their placement is across a grout line(s). Our bathroom is small with the toilet located next to the bathtub. Because of the way the tile was placed on the floor between the bottom of the toilet and the side of the tub, we had to switch the suction cups to the FRONT legs so get a solid connection that made the rails steady.
