Heavy Duty stainless steel! No non-skid rubber on bottom but good quality nevertheless.

Disappointed
The product is big enough to accommodate my oversize margherita and martini glasses and it works. My disappointment is with the finish. It's dull and attracts fingerprints. It doesn't have a quality polished finish like the rest of my barware. It will be replaced when someone markets a polished 7 inch replacement.

Stainless except it rusts
I have had this for a couple months now and the inside of the lid rusts quite a bit which falls into the salt. This is the second one as the first one delivered had to be returned because the lid did not fit properly. I suggest going with another product.
