It just arrived today, but I think this mat will do just what I want: stop dirt, sand, pinestraw, and other yard debris at the door. I have a mat outside and added this inside. It is just as pictured. Not a beauty by any stretch, but it looks and feels like it will stand up to foot traffic. I deducted a star because the treads were just full of rubber pellet pieces. It made a big mess on the floor when I pulled the rug out of the box, even marking the tile (which can surely be removed with a magic eraser). Minus a star for the mess, but I still think it will do the job.

This mat truly helps to reduce dirt from the outdoors making its way into the home. I live in a very rural area and have found that this mat is absolutely necessary at every entrance. Traps tiny pebbles, grass, leaves, mud, dust, you name it. Very easy to vacuum. Thanks!!

This is a well made mat that I abuse by employing it for an unintended purpose. I use it as a chair mat on the hardwood floor of my home office. The wheels of the chair gradually degrade the rubber backing and begin to leave little crumbs. I put up with it because the little ridges on the mat let me move my chair to exactly where I want it and it matches the color of the hardwood. The previous one lasted 20 months before I threw it out so it works out to about $1.50 per month. It's twin doing duty in my entryway is a champ.

Arrived quickly and looks great. It works perectly on my smooth hardwood flooring and doesn't move!

I live in the countryside with grass cuttings, dirt, pine needles and seed pods, animal fur and bird feathers everywhere... but not in my house! This mat gets it all at the door step. Everything sticks to this mat. I have to vacuum it to get it all off but it saves my floors and carpet from a mess.

We use this entrance mat at the entry from the garage into the main part of our home. It is showing no signs of wear. It cleans easily with a vacuum or a broom.This mat proves superior to the mat we did have, prompting me to purchase another "crosshatch" mat for the walk-in entry door into the garage.

Put this in the garage by the door to the house. Works great - keeps debris from tracking into the house.

Not comfortable to stand on. Hard to vacuum and get clean

The deep grooves make this very useful for here, we have lots of sand and mud.

Great durability in winter snow and salt and easy to vacuum and shake off the dirt. I bought a second one for the back entrance too. Also liked that they were made and shipped from the U.S to Canada — too many cheaper choices were from China.
