THIS HOVER BOARD IS TRASH
When I first got this we were thrilled. Lights are awesome, seems well built. However, after about 2 months it doesn't charge at all. Disappointing as this was a Christmas gift but I wouldn't expect the company to own up to anything, they will tell you it's a great hoverboard. Far from it. Originally gave it 5 stars cause it seemed to be a great hoverboard but alas, not to be true. Box says it will run 2-3 hours when charged but we were only able to get about 30-45 mins out of it. Also it's very loud with some foreign voice telling you Bluetooth is ready, no volume controls and the manual tells you nothing. BAD PRODUCT ALL AROUND, looks nice but it just doesn't work. save your money, you buy cheap and you will get cheap. Stay away.

Good quality
They are awesome. I ordered 2 of them. Just wish that came with carrying bags. But other that I would highly recommend this item to anyone.

A disappointment on Christmas morning!
The first problem is that the directions are horrible. The words are scrambled in every sentence. They are uncomprehendable. Clearly they we're not written by someone who is fluent in English.However, that was not the big problem. The board beeps a loud alarm ALL THE TIME, most likely because it doesn't hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. Very disappointed.Note: my daughter also received the same board for Christmas. So far her board is okay but the beeping does happen more than we'd like it to. It's loud and annoying.

Defective dangerous product
This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. First day of trying to use it was a bust. After on it for LESS than 5 minutes the battery died, we tried to charge it but it will not charge. The light keeps coming on and it stops running. I have contacted the company, Dartjet, a few times to no avail. I was told that the 30 day refund policy has expired but once they get it back they will send a new one. I even took the two year warranty on it. If it’s ine is defective why in hells name would I buy a second on from the same company? If it catches fire, I promise I will sue the balls off this Canadian factory.I want a refund period!!!! Not rocket scientist is needed to do the right thing here people.Lynn R

Good value and fun product, but has some quirks
This is a good value and a fun product that my kids love to use, but it does have some quirks. Having the hover board be able to play music via Bluetooth is a bonus that many similar products did not have. However, it is a little bit annoying that every time you hit the power button it says in a very loud voice, “Bluetooth device is ready to pair” in English with a Chinese woman’s heavy accent. We wish that part could be turned off or way down at least. Overall, it is a pretty fun product for the kids. The flashing, multicolored lights are fun as well as the music. I was amazed to watch how my three-year-old daughter learned how to ride this thing perfectly in about 15 minutes when it was much more difficult for me to learn. Now she wants to cruise all over the house on this thing and twirl around like she is dancing with or without the music on.

Fun toy.
This is pretty cool. Works great and looks great. My issue is that the charger is not the best design. You have to be very careful while kunubg up the female end with the make end. My niece and daughter already brine off one if the three tiny prongs inside the board itself. You have to line it up perfectly or it will not charge. It also blinks green while charging and when fully charged so you never really know when it's ready to use.

Our kids absolutely love this and ride it every day!
We bought this for our 7 yo daughter for Christmas and our 9 yo son another one elsewhere. This one is a lot nicer and seems to go a little faster. The chrome paint is a plus with the kids, and her 12 yo brother always chooses this one to sneak a ride on. The paint is chipping a bit (probably from running into our walls!) but other than that, it has held up really well as it has been ridden around the house every single day since Christmas!!About a week after we got it, the charger quit working and the seller sent us a new one within a couple of days, so great customer service as well. No problem since. Would definitely recommend this hoverboard!
