These bands come with different level of resistance. It allows me to pick the most suitable resistance and keep increasing the power in each time when I use it. I carry them to the gym every time when I go now. In that case, I do have my own personal bands and don't have to wait for bands in the gym. I also use them at home on my rest days to do some stretching. Not like other bands in the market, these bands are made of Latex material (A latex is a colloidal suspension of very small polymer particles in water and is used to make rubber) So it's so strong. It comes in a handy bag, so it can be carried anywhere I go.

Theses bands work great! The tension level of each one works as expected and none of my bands have snapped yet. It's convenient and portable to use, and I like that the bright colors they come in.

I really like the variety of resistance levels these bands give. The bag they come in is so handy for taking them with me if I need to use them at the gym or some place other than at home. I have read some reviews that say they tend to fold up as you use them, but I really haven't found a brand that doesn't especially if you sweat heavily like I do. They have so far not rolled up when I keep them around my ankles but will have a tendency to roll up if I am using them around my thighs, but not too bad. I like these bands and have used them a lot for a good variety of workouts. Worth my money.

I bought a set (another brand) of bands before and was so disappointed. One had a tear and only used the Heavy Weight one, the other's didn't have enough resistance. The Victorem brand is far better quality and much greater resistance so I can you more of them to work out different body parts.

The bands work as described. I only gave 3 stars because they roll up on your legs when using them with your workouts. My legs aren't that large so I didn't anticipate having this problem!

These bands are great! I am using them along with the BB 80 day obsession program. The 5 sizes, that are CLEARLY labeled(thank you),really lets me build my strength up and customize the work out to my level. They also rarely roll up as compared to other bands I have used in the past, which makes it easier to stay in the work out and not focus on constantly fixing your band. The colors are fun too! I just go the pastel colors and change them up each day.

I purchased these bands to do online workouts from home. No matter what type of pants I wear these bands roll up. The exercises become painful because all of the pressure is in one spot and not evenly distributed. On my 2nd workout, one of the bands snapped and it hurt! The band was not overused and it did not previously have any cuts or tears. I wasn't doing anything crazy either just a normal move the bands should have been designed to complete. I would not recommend these.

I have been searching for the perfect mini bands for awhile now, and I have found them. I have been reading lots of reviews. I made one purchase and the "mini" bands weren't that mini. These are truly mini, and provide great resistance! I have used them several times since getting them last week. They are great quality, and are a game changer when it comes to working out!
