I have horrible calf cramps - the kind where the pain paralyzes me until they go away. This product made them go away within just a day. I take three every evening. If I go more than two days without taking them, my cramps come back, so obviously I really need the nutrients in there. I can't speak for it improving anything else since I've been so focused on how it improves my muscle cramps. But I'm sure it's doing other good things for my body too.

The best form of these electrolytes that you can get. So many, supposed, health conscious individuals, either themselves or tell others to, drink Gatorade when they are getting dehydrated. There are SO MANY TOXIC INGREDIENTS in Gatorade that you are actually shooting yourself in the foot when you drink it to replenish electrolytes. You get a lot more electrolyte content (magnesium, potassium, calcium) in one Membrane Complex and a dash of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, and it is extremely beneficial with no down side.

Living with a close family member who has MS is difficult. Often, due to the lack of good treatment and the horrible prognosis, people tend to lose hope and always try finding any kind of relief. I personally am not a big fan of modern medicine and pharmaceuticals, but with a serious condition, everything must be tried. After living with MS for 20 years, my relative has gotten to a very advanced stage. From what I've read, it is an approved therapy for MS, in Germany. I have to warm you this does not work overnight. From what I've observed there was no significantly visible improvement.
