This cable is not as flexible as the original, but otherwise it works just fine.

Lasted a month before it stopped working
the cord stopped working 2 days after the return period expired. All in all it lasted 1 month and 2 days so poor quality. I would not recommend buying it and would recommend finding a more durable alternative elsewhere

No Mic, great sound
If you do not need the Mic, get this. If you do, buy name brand, it does not work for the Mic on my Mac or other devices.

Good quality and fits my head phones.
What I like mostly is that Amazon had this available. Mid-wire controls not important to me. I tried finding the diameter size to the ends with no luck ANYWHERE but Amazon

It fits.
So far this is THE only replacement cord that works between my old MP3 players and my Bose headphones. The last replacements I got either do not fit at all or kept cutting out, requiring constant fidgeting with the cord - not exactly helpful if you're listening to a sleep CD. I re-ordered another with the hope it will last. Why they are making so many of these that cut out like this or simply will not fit I don't understand, aren't they pretty much universal between these two devices?
