Is it silicone?
I have other silicone mats that can be put in the oven and to which dough does not stick. I'm disappointed that my (gluten-free) dough sticks badly to this mat and that the mat cannot be put in the oven--the 2 main advantages of a normal silicone mat. So I wonder is this really 100% silicone? It definitely feels different. But it's a good price and It may work for rolling out normal pastry dough. (Gluten-free is definitely stickier.) I do notice that other sellers of this mat have received positive reviews.

Great mat
Love this may. Sticks to counter preventing slip.... almost like adding a skin over your counter. Really thin, but I think this is a plus. I'm glad I got 2. I'll probably get a couplemore for my daughter, sister...?I certainly recommend
