I bought it considering the brand ambassador, any way the quality of the product is good the pupose it is bought is not served. It has to give support to my neck but is doesn't even touch my neck ,the thickness is not sufficient to support neck ,it hardly touch neeck or i should force myself to take support for neck leaving driving behind. To return the item it is taken out from sealed cover and put on seat to check. I cant return cant use what to do. Waste of money. Dont buy it or i suggest to go for next bigger size. May be that is convenient. Update I returned and got refund. The quality was good but doesn't served the purpose i bought for. Thanks to amazon for hassle free returns and refund process.

Useless product. Not handy at all. Its smooth and comfy but when you release the seat belt it gets stuck halfway. The seatbelt doesn't rollback / retract fully automatically how its supposed to. It gets stuck. You need to release it little by little inside the rollback space. Also after few min of driving the pouch rolls down all the way near your stomach/chest. U need to drag it up again . Basically useless.

product is not useless as described . seat belt doesnt go back smoothly , cover either comes completely above shoulder or come down at your stomach in couple of moment of drive . quality is good but not useful , buy only for decor purpose .

Please try to avoid this product as it keeps on slide on the seat belt and doesnt stay where you want to put it while driving making it not worth what it is meant for. Although the seat belt cover is soft but it is hard to keep it in the place where you want it to be…it keeps on slide every now and then. DOESNT SUIT THE PURPOSE.

Advantage: it meate my requirement for my neck. Disv Price is too high, and the straps should have given more length. This manufacturer coted high prise with insufficient fitting straps. Now I have to do alteration to fit to my car. Or return? It's a fake warranty.

आमेजन से कभी भी कोई भी प्रोडक्ट नहीं ख़रीदे ये बिल्कुल भी भरोसेमंद नहीं है इनकी रिटर्न की पॉलिसी बहुत ज्यादा ख़राब है अगर किसी को कोई प्रोडक्ट खरीदना है तो फ्लिपकार्ट से ख़रीदे मैंने आमेजन से फोवरा का नेक रेस्ट ऑर्डर किया था लेकिन जब मैंने उसे रिटर्न के लिए अप्लाई किया तो दो महीने से पागल बना रहे है रिटर्न लेने कोई नहीं आता कई बार कस्टमर केयर से भी बात हो गई वो भी सच नहीं बताते बस गुमराह करते है इसलिए mera सभी से निवेदन है अमेजॉन से कोई भी और न karen ये बहुत घटिया side है कि उसकी apeksha किसी और शायद का उपयोग करें धन्यवाद

Do not buy this product. The item delivered is completely different from what’s shown in the images. After fixedin the car seat, it causes additional neck pain and makes driving uncomfortable. The material also heats up much more than expected. Additionally, the return process has been very frustrating — I’ve raised return requests more than four times through both the app and customer care, yet no one has come to pick up the product. The status keeps showing “Customer not available”, which is untrue. Overall, it’s a complete waste of money and time.

This keeps sliding very easily and is of no use. it is also so long that it stops your seatbelt to completely go bak one you reliev it from the lock. So over time, the seatbelt becomes loose.
