Loving this book since day one. I love the fact that for each condition there is a brief definition first and then gets more into details.It's concise, with all the major information without loosing you in complicated sentences. Straight forward and reliable as a source.

The best most comprehensive medical manual available.If you don't have a degree in a medical science of some kind, this is not for you.It is not a laymans book.

Content-wise: an excellent reference book that i'm finding useful in studying for US/Canadian exams and just general useBook: paper is very thin in order to keep the overall size of the book down but does tear very easily

I have always used it for over 25 years.And it never fails to impress.It is all in all under one roof, a bit like shopping in supermarket.It also covers peds, gynae, ENT,dermatology and the rest.Highly highly recommended.How people do without it,Icannot understand.

Standard one-stop source for high quality clinical knowledge. Could not get the app number to work, though, and still waiting for the company to get back to me so I can load it (it has been a month or so). They get one star.
