PetCheer Bowl Shape Cat Scratcher Lounge Bed with Catnip

Well, she climbed into it the minute I put it on the desk. I barely got the catnip in. She is a very old, blind, deaf and insecure cat that our office rescued from the shelter. She likes to sit in front of me on my desk and I've been trying to train her to curl up in a corner of the desk. This bed seems to do the trick. I would rather have a soft bed but she was handed to the shelter because she peed on blankets, clothes and soft things (including the soft bed I first bought for her). I don't know why she would be comfortable in this bed, but she seems to be. She has now spent the morning going between this bed and a chair where she catches the sun.

These bowls are a HUGE hit with our cats - so much so that we ended up placing a follow up order for more. They do a little scratching at the bottom of the bowl but the principle use is as a napping space. The cats curl up and snooze for hours. The seller's picture obviously has a kitten so that might make the sizing hard to estimate. The inside edge has a diameter of 13" and our biggest cat (fourteen pounds) fits comfortably. It's been weeks since we received them and they're still used as frequently as the day they were unpacked!

It came a bit squished but other than that, my cats fight over who gets to sleep in it. It bigger than I thought which is why I only ordered one. It is hard to imagine sizes for me. Photos change the aspect and it is hard to tell the inner dimensions. I have two male full grown cats. Don't let the seller picture fool you - a full grown cat can fit comfortably inside of this. The attached picture is my older male who is over ten pounds. He's a male cat that is a good size for a male cat (just not fat). My other cat who is a little smaller framed but fat also fits. I was going to buy another one but the item is not for sale temporarily.

This is made out of cardboard. It was shipped in a bag, not a box. It was totally smushed when I got it. For the price, I expect it to be blemish free and not full of dents and holes. I wouldn't buy again unless they promise to ship In a box to protect from damage

My cat loves it! She is about 10lbs, so here's a picture for scale. She jumped right in it. :)

Austin has found a new bed. He sleeps in this cat scratcher bowl both day and night. He loves it. In fact, when he wants my affection, he runs to the bowl so I could stroke and kiss him. Austin is not a big cat... he weights about 12 lbs. Bentley, my Maine Coone, could ever fit inside this bowl and doesn't even try. This cat scratcher is only good for small to mid-sized cats. Jumbo kitties won't fit.

Received this today and 2 of my 3 are fighting over it. I will order another one to keep the peace. I recommend this to anyone that has cats that love to lay in bowls. A little pricy, but worth it in my opinion.

My cats love this! They lay in it more than scratch. It is nice and big; my 16 pound fuzz-ball has room to spare. BEWARE IT IS COMING FROM CHINA...you will wait a while for it to arrive.
