easy to use and made great sausages.
easy to store and use, didn't need to soak and very easy to handle for making the sausages. filled well, cooked nicely, will purchase again

A good casing
These are good once the sausage is made. You don't need to soak them first. However, they do split easier than natural casings, so you need to be more careful when pumping and poking holes to flatten air bubbles.

Sausage Casing
They are ok, but not the best. You can only load up a small amount on the sausage maker due to their thickness, the ones that I had previously were thinner so you could make a longer link. However once made the sausages tasted no different from the other casing

Quality has changed
I been using this for a while but since the last order I placed and this order I have made sausages and the skin is just breaking when they are being cooked. Have they changed the thickness or something?
