Just what I wanted.

Most Potassium products do not supply this higher dose. I use this for sleep, As a Masters in Nutrition, I know this dose is safe. Potassium is a necessary mineral. I highly recommend this supplement.

As others have mentioned, they can upset stomach. For me personally, it's perfectly fine, but my wife it makes her "tummy rumbly", her words not mine.I've also seen that someone else was stating potassium bicarbonate is only 39% based on conversion ratios. Thing is, once you empty these out (remove the shell from the equation) on a fine scale, they weigh roughly 1400mg. So if we take them at their word of <1% magnesium stearate, would put the total potassium bicarbonate at a minimum of 1260mg, which is 491mg potassium minimum per pill.

This supplement helps for restless legs.

Somewhere on the Internet it said that the Daily requirement for Potassium was 3,600 grams. These capsules make that possibility easier to achieve instead of woofing down a handful of 99mg capsules. And they are easier on the stomach.

I feel like this might be misleading. It says 510mg of potassium bicarbonate per pill. But 1mg of potassium is not equal to 1mg of potassium bicarbonate.Potassium bicarbonate contains 39% of elemental potassium.. so in reality this supplement might contain about 200mg of actual K Potassium.Other brands tell you this information in the label
