This was a required textbook for my Organizational Behavior MBA course. I enjoyed this textbook -- it was easy and interesting to read. Book well-received, Except that given the book's condition, it looks like a used book in good condition! It is not clean; there are a lot of uncleaned traces, dust ... For that price, I expected to receive the book in perfect condition.

I'm surprised I'm writing "Light Reading" about a textbook, but Robbins writes in a way that makes a lot of sense. He gives relevant examples and is clear and simple with his vocabulary. This textbook is great for those in their first year of college or even for a high school class.

Quality of materials is good, but book contents seems lacking, but it's more than likely because this information is general knowledge to me, if your interested in this study I would recommend the book, is not, then probably keep scrolling.
