Installed Motion switches a few years back. Worked Great with standard Incandescent Bulbs. Installed New LED Bulbs and when motion timer ended, the Bulbs only dimmed way down. after some research, I found that older motion switches did not use and neither did they require wiring the Neutral wire. So I looked around di some more research and found these EverElectrix Motion Switches. install was super simple. Now after preset timer runs out the New LED lights turn completely off as advertised. These EverElectrix Switches are fully adjustable. They have Motion Sensitivity, Timer Control and Occupy and or Vacant modes. Great Product. Great Price as well.

Works Great

I have had a few of the EverElectrix Motion Sensor light switches installed in my house now for a few months and some of them perform better than others. All of them are great for energy savings though and work well 95% of the time. The biggest pro is just the convenience of having a light turn on for you when you enter a room rather than having to fumble for a switch or having to remember to shut it off after you leave the room.Firstly, the installation process was straightforward, and the switch seamlessly replaced my traditional light switch. The motion sensor technology is highly responsive most of the time. I have had a few times where I enter a room right after the switch has timed out and it doesn't register my movement and the light fails to come on. I have to do an exaggerated movement in order to get the light to turn back on.One of the standout features of the EverElectrix Motion Sensor Light Switch is its significant contribution to energy savings. I had two of these same light switches until I had to replace one as it stopped working.. I replaced the unit and it has worked good for about 6 months, now it stays on or doesn't come on at all. Trying to find out if it has some sort of a reset as this happens after the power was shut off for a meter change. The one in my laundry room is good no issues. I would love to give this 5 stars but currently unable.

These work great and are very customizable based on what you need. You can adjust the sensitivity and the length of time the light stays on. Very easy to install with some electrical knowledge.

Bought this product. Installed it last summer. It is now June, less than 1 year of use. It won't turn off no matter what I do. I had to unscrew light so it wouldn't burn 100% of the time. Got less than 1 years worth of use out of it and now too late to return. I will definitely NOT BUY again.

I mounted this in a small closet and use it to drive an LED light. It does click when switching on and off (that's the relay) but a regular switch would make such a noise too.Pros:The wiring instructions were clear, the product is well made, it's operation is as advertised.Cons:The sensor sensitivity is subpar and very variable i.e. triggering the switch at the same angle and range can have very variable responses, from a very quick switch on to no switch on at all.(I've revised my review after having this in operation for a few weeks)

Just installed these 3 days ago and they are working wonderful. They come on faster than any occupancy light that I have experienced. And if you've ever walked into a room that has had an occupancy light and the light does not come on it takes a minute to try and find the switch. Have not had any issues with these. One is installed in the hallway to my father's bathroom because he gets up in the middle of the night and this turns the light on for him so he can see. The other one is in the utility room which is nice to have when you're walking in and your hands are full of laundry. No fumbling for the light and you can walk straight over to the washing machine. The other nice thing about the switches is if you turn the light off after you leave it still works automatically when you come back to the room. So you don't have to wait for the switch to turn itself off but you can if you want. If I have any issues I will be sure to update my comment. The one issue I can see is the cover for the controls is kind of cheap so you don't want to be taking it on and off all the time. The tabs that hold it on will break and then you will be without a cover unless the company replaces this for free but I doubt it. Otherwise for the money this is a great occupancy switch.
