100% better than tablets. These capsules are same product but the tablets have a very strong odor that makes it hard to take without feeling nauseated. These have none of that and are a great product. I will always buy the capsules and not the tablets from now on. Thanks for a great product.

My children and I all have Celiac disease (an autoimmune disorder which causes an allergic reaction to the protein GLUTEN, found in many, many prepared and pre-packaged foods, as well as wheat, rye, barley and oats from the U.S.). Exposure to the protein causes inflammation of the small-intestinal lining, which inhibits the secretion of digestive enzymes. The result is an inability to digest MOST food for several days after the exposure. This can lead to ALL SORTS of gastroinstestinal distress, as well as what is known as "leaky gut" syndrome, where undigested (and toxic) particles of food enter the bloodstream through fissures caused by the allergic reaction. This can cause neurological problems and myriad other symptoms. As you can imagine, exposure to the protein is really not fun. Those with Celiac disease will attest that you can be so careful and yet still inadvertantly be exposed to the protein. What you need is something to help counterbalance the small intestine's inability to secrete digestive enzymes for several days while your body tries to heal itself. After years of trying MANY enzymic aids for this purpose, I find this product is the most superior digestive aid on the market. I cannot stress that enough. These supplements are gluten, casein, and all other allergen-free. They work superbly in helping to mediate the effects of inadvertant exposure to gluten. In fact, as a mother of three Celiac children (who have all adapted quite well to the very strict dietary restrictions imposed by the disease, despite living in a society with dietary habits overwhelmed by wheat use), I find that allowing them to have gluten once a month or so (usually pizza) makes it easier for them to deal with it. I give them these enzymes with every meal for several days after consuming gluten, and it really makes a difference for them. If a digestive enzyme can help with our dietary issues, imagine what it can do for those without such problems! As a mental-health professional, I can also tell you that so much research indicates a correlation between the proteins gluten and casein and an increase in autistic symptoms (Google "Gluten free Casein free" and you'll find many support groups and foundations which advocate this dietary restriction for autistics). I highly recommend these enzymes, and especially for anyone suffering food allergies or insensitivities, as well as for children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, or other behavioral issues (as there is much research which indicates food allergies and sensitivities seems to exacerbate these problems).

These have been life-changing, no joke. I was chronically constipated for 6 years (2 years before my gallbladder was removed and 4 after.) I was bloated, gassy, my stomach hurt constantly, and I felt horrible all the time. I saw my regular PCP and 2 different gastroenterologists who recommended everything from diet changes to fiber, metamucil, stool softeners, laxatives, suppositories, and even the strongest dosage prescription of amitizia but nothing helped. I was extremely miserable. I didn't like using chemicals or medicines so in between all the craziness I was trying my own "natural" ways with herbs and supplements. When I finally found these digestive enzymes, my doctors couldn't believe that I didn't need anything else. I really don't care what they think, I'm happy I found these work and I don't have to pay a co-pay for them to scratch their heads and not have any answers for me. Just a note, my nails and hair are growing, my skin looks a lot better, I have less gas, more energy, less brain fog, and less body aches.

I never noticed a difference in weight loss. I felt more bloated when I took these.

This is pricey but genuine and very very good. I take this occasionally, when eating heavy meals, to aid with digestion. I haven't found anything equivalent on the local market. I think the price is worth it for occasional use. For people who need to take this kind of stuff daily, probably talk to a local doctor and get prescribed something from an Indian company.

Trust me guys, i did all i could spent thousands going to doctors using antacids, doing several tests, vitamins, probiotics everything in a matter of two years now nothing helped my irresistant stomache. I was sceptical before i bought this because most amazon reviews seemed to be fake. So i tried this irrespective of the positive comments or the negative comments. Trust me no more bloating no more stomache aches. Everyone confused me even doctors by giving medicines like antacids for long periods but this one is just like magic, i think my stomache cleared as best as it could since 2018.
