40 Billion CFU and delay release!!!
I can't believe there are 40 billion CFU in this product with the delayed release. Just started taking, but will update review, when I can tell a difference from other probiotics I have tried. The only thing I would change is the bottle and label give off a more diet pill vibe, maybe add some color. Just a thought!

Works well, but you have to follow the directions
I had been using a non-shelf stable acidophilus with a 3 billion and wanted to try one that was a little more powerful and shelf stable. I am lactose intollerant and use this to manage it so I don't have to completely cut out dairy. This one worked pretty well, but i was still getting a slight upset stomach around the time i go to bed each night. I re-read the label to see it recomended a capsule in the morning and one at night. after doing that i haven't had any more issues.
