Patch it patches adhere to the bottom of the feet, like a large plaster. They should be applied immediately before bedtime and work while you sleep. For proper adhesion, clean and dry feet or point of application before use. When you wake up in the morning, remove the patches and dispose. Wash your feet if needed with soap and water.\n\n
