Delicious, Even If You Wing It!
The instructions were in Portuguese, so I had to guess my way through making these—but they still turned out absolutely delicious! The texture was perfectly chewy on the inside with a nice crisp outside, and the cheesy flavor was spot on.If you love pão de queijo, this mix is a great option! Just be ready to either translate the instructions or improvise a little. Totally worth it for the taste—I’ll definitely be buying this again!

Not as good as the cheese bread at Texas de Brazil
We purchased this mix because we were trying to recreate the cheese bread they serve at Texas de Brazil (and probably other Brazilian barbeque places). While it wasn't bad, it wasn't as good in our opinion. For comparison purposes, the cheese bread at Texas de Brazil is light and airy, with a mild cheesy taste. This mix has a much stronger cheesy taste and had a denser consistency. Overall it's not a terrible flavor/consistency... just not as good as we had hoped!I would give it four or five stars for ease of preparation though... you just add water and then form small balls and bake. We weren't sure exactly how large to make the balls, as it doesn't specify in the directions, but it turns out that they don't rise very much, so you can make them about the size that you want them to turn out when baked.

tasty
I used this as part of a recipe for sloppy joe pockets and they came out very good. I am unable to review this as a treat on its own. overall it was very easy to work with. Here is the link to the recipe I used [...] the recipe uses another brand, but i substituted this one and just followed the instructions on the box for mixing the dough instead of the recipe.

Super easy to make
Super easy to make, just add eggs and water. Unfortunately, the instruction is not in English but you can kinda understand looking at the pix. Note the temperature is in celsius! I read someone's review that it did not rise and ended up throwing it away- I bet it is because they tried to bake it in 180 F. It should be 356 F (180C).
