Works perfectly. Quite tight when putting on and off. Always engage the clip on the pins side first then push down to lock the opposite side with the release tap on it.

Poor quality!
While this charger worked well for the first few uses, the side clip cracked. The watch does not, therefore, sit firmly onto the charger contacts... basically making it inoperable. I ordered a replacement and the same thing happened again within several uses. This is very poor quality -- cheap plastic that breaks and cracks easily. Do not waste your money on this product! It does not come close to the quality of the original Garmin charger.
