Q: My new card when tested is reporting a read speed of 90MB/s and 88 for write do i have a problem with this card??

That's not the correct speed for the 700s card That's the speed of the slower 300s or 500s cards

Q: Does this work on the canon eos r6 or mirrorless cameras in general or just dslr cameras?

Hi John, I've been using this card with EOS R for about two years and I do believe that R6 uses same kind of cards. Not 100% sure but at least with R I can recommend. Although I would recommend to check out also other alternatives since this is few years old card. Maybe there's other more cabable cards available?
