Good to have as a backup or primary charger
I'm a mobile DJ and depend highly on my Mac at gigs. Noticed that it was having trouble charging, so right away I bought this as a backup just in case. Smart move because not long after I discovered my charging cable had developed a short and was now junk. If you depend on your Mac like I do, I recommend doing what I did. This unit seems very solid. The ONLY downside is the plug part of the charging brick doesn't come off like my original charger does, so you can't use it with a power cord. If you can live with that, this is a good item.

Works fast!
Charges super fast. Secure connection, very easy to use. Feels more heavy duty compared to other chargers. My only regret was not buying more because my family fights over them.

Average cord
Cord is very long and doesn’t feel cheaply made (thick and not super flimsy). The speed seems a little low but i don’t notice a change in how long the battery life is. You wouldn’t not be able to tell the difference from an apple charger super easy to plug in and use.
